We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Procurement Analyst<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Bonny, Rivers<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage Procurement Planning and Budgeting in Road construction<\/li>\n<li>Assist in conducting supply market research to identify potential Local and International suppliers, evaluate their products and services, and provide analysis as may be necessary to conduct efficient procurement.<\/li>\n<li>Developing and implementing procurement strategies to meet organizational needs.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with procurement regulations and policies.<\/li>\n<li>Manage procurement activities including sourcing, vendor negotiation, and contract management.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain accurate and clear records and documentation related to procurement activities.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with Project managers to ensure procurement activities align with project objectives and goals.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure on-time delivery, challenge non-compliance in areas of responsibility, purchase order monitoring and updating.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor and track daily\/weekly supplier deliveries by liaising with relevant stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li>Advise business on pofitable procurement investments<\/li>\n<li>Assist in preparing monthly supply chain Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reports as may be required.<\/li>\n<li>Assist in developing and maintaining a reporting system that measures the contribution of the procurement processes.<\/li>\n<li>Manage procurement process to mitigate wastage and ensure zero damages<\/li>\n<li>Assist in facilitating and coordinating best procurement practice, tendering and contracting.<\/li>\n<li>Assist in monitoring supplier performance and resolve any issues or concerns.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor market trend to advise project\/busines on conditions of profit or loss risk<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Intersted candidates should possess a Bachelor&#8217;s Degree, B.Eng with 8 years work experience.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Experience:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of 8 years as a Procurement Specialist with at least 4 years in road construction project<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Skills:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Verse Planning and budget skills<\/li>\n<li>Good reporting skills<\/li>\n<li>Negotiation skill<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:j.chukwuemeke@awkamillenniumcity.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>j.chukwuemeke@awkamillenniumcity.com<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0using the Job Title as the subject of the mail.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>22nd April, 2024.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>M-P Infrastructure Limited Group is a leading infrastructure development and management group of companies.
