{"id":19778,"date":"2012-11-19T09:26:51","date_gmt":"2012-11-19T08:26:51","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistnigeria.com\/?p=19778"},"modified":"2016-11-15T13:44:52","modified_gmt":"2016-11-15T12:44:52","slug":"inec-recruitment-for-graduates-legal-officers-2012","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistnigeria.com\/inec-recruitment-for-graduates-legal-officers-2012.html","title":{"rendered":"INEC Recruitment For Graduates Legal Officers 2012"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The\u00a0Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC)\u00a0invites applications from suitably qualified candidates for recruitment into the job position of\u00a0Legal Officers\u00a0on the INEC Recruitment Portal.<strong>\u00a0<\/strong><strong>INEC<\/strong>\u00a0is set to revalidate and update the list of applicants in furtherance of its objectives of undertaking a comprehensive organizational structural review and improvement in its operational capacity, the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) is set to revalidate and update the list of applicants.\u00a0In view of the above, interested candidates are hereby advised to apply; meanwhile those who applied earlier can update their applications accordingly.<\/p>\n<div>INEC Nigeria is recruiting to fill the below position:<\/div>\n<div><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/div>\n<div><strong>Job Title: Legal Officers\u00a0<\/strong><strong>Salary:\u00a0<\/strong>(GL 09)<strong>Location:<\/strong>\u00a0All states nationwide<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>Represent the Commission in all its Pre Election and Post Election matters.<\/li>\n<li>Represent the Commission in Legal matters that may arise.<\/li>\n<li>Render Legal Opinion to the Commission.<\/li>\n<li>Draft contract agreements, MOU\u2019s, guidelines, rules etc.<\/li>\n<li>Perform Election duties and Monitor external counsel and any other duty that may be assigned.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div><strong>Education and Professional Qualifications<\/strong><\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>LLB and LB<\/li>\n<li>Evidence of NYSC Discharge Certificate<\/li>\n<li>Computer literacy is an added advantage<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Note:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>You must first REGISTER and then APPLY.<\/li>\n<li>Make sure you have your MOBILE PHONE available.
