We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: ICT Support Officer<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Yaba, Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type<\/strong>: Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support of Enterprise Applications and attend to user IT needs.<\/li>\n<li>Manage the day-to-day running of the ICT infrastructure in subsidiary locations.<\/li>\n<li>Engage in troubleshooting of systems.<\/li>\n<li>Installs and performs minor repairs to hardware, software, or peripheral equipment, following design or installation specifications.<\/li>\n<li>E-mail support and management<\/li>\n<li>Local Area Network (LAN) \/ WAN troubleshooting.<\/li>\n<li>Create website layout\/user interface by using standard HTML\/CSS practices<\/li>\n<li>Create and manage websites using WordPress, Joomla or any other CMS.<\/li>\n<li>Write well designed, testable, efficient code by using best software development practices<\/li>\n<li>Integrate data from various back-end services and databases<\/li>\n<li>Gather and refine system specifications and requirements based on technical needs<\/li>\n<li>Create and maintain software documentation<\/li>\n<li>Be responsible for maintaining, expanding, and scaling our websites, blogs and social media handles.<\/li>\n<li>Stay plugged into emerging technologies\/industry trends and apply them into operations and activities<\/li>\n<li>Create branded documents, logos, ID Cards, Signage using Corel Draw or Adobe Photoshop.<\/li>\n<li>Cooperate with Vendors and designers to match visual design intent.<\/li>\n<li>Regular updates of various social media platforms with approved contents.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proven working experience in web programming<\/li>\n<li>Good graphic design skills<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of modern HTML\/CSS, WordPress and Joomla will be preferred.<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with Cpanels.<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with at least one of the following programming languages: PHP, ASP.NET, JavaScript or Ruby on Rails will be an added advantage.<\/li>\n<li>A solid understanding of how web applications work including security, session management, and best development practices.<\/li>\n<li>Adequate knowledge of relational database systems, Object Oriented Programming and web application development<\/li>\n<li>Hands-on experience with network diagnostics, network analytics and troubleshooting tools.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in Windows Operating systems and system troubleshooting.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of IT Support ( Infrastructure and Applications)<\/li>\n<li>Basic knowledge of Search Engine Optimization process<\/li>\n<li>Aggressive problem diagnosis and creative problem-solving skills<\/li>\n<li>Strong organizational skills to juggle multiple tasks within the constraints of timelines and budgets with business acumen<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment, learn rapidly and master diverse technologies.<\/li>\n<li>Good interpersonal relationship.<\/li>\n<li>Very good at the use of MS Office suites.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>B.Sc. \/ HND or minimum of OND, in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field<\/li>\n<li>At least 3 years of experience in IT Application and Infrastructure Support<\/li>\n<li>Professional certifications in the following areas: ITIL, Full Stack Developer or any other relevant ICT certification will be an added advantage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Salary<\/strong><br \/>\nN100,000 &#8211; N150,000 Monthly.<\/p>\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV to:\u00a0<strong><a href=\"mailto:excellentjobs95@gmail.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">excellentjobs95@gmail.com<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0using the job title as the subject of the mail.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: 30th April, 2024.<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Excellent Jobs is a consulting and recruitment firm, dedicated to hiring and managing great talents for its clients.
