We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Relationship Manager<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Lagos<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support AUM drive-by segmenting the HNI target market and providing periodic reports on potential new business opportunities.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure communication to clients meets all defined internal control standards and external regulatory requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Implement and participate in compliance-related activities within the internal teams and other stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li>Attend product training (Roadshows) to be up-to-date with the market developments.<\/li>\n<li>Assist with generating new business with financial institutions such as PFAs, HMOs, Insurances firms, and soon.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for the end-to-end process of account opening and client onboarding.<\/li>\n<li>Manage KYC documentation for new and existing clients.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for generating client statements periodically.<\/li>\n<li>Process client redemptions and payouts as requested.<\/li>\n<li>Deliver exceptional client experience through client appreciation and recognition initiatives.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a similar course of study from a reputable university.<\/li>\n<li>At least 3- 5 years of work experience in the Private Banking or Financial Services industry.<\/li>\n<li>Previous experience in a client service role in Private Banking or Financial Services.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Desired Knowledge, Skills, and Attributes:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Focuses on the client experience<\/li>\n<li>Good understanding of the investment products and landscape globally or locally.<\/li>\n<li>Strong relationship management skills.<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrates strong organizational skills and applies a disciplined and organized approach throughout their business.<\/li>\n<li>Good knowledge of the equity and fixed income markets and alternative investments, including Hedge Funds, Private Equity, and Real Estate<\/li>\n<li>Dynamic and credible professional who communicates with clarity and has exceptional presentation skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Interested and qualified candidates should forward their CV to:\u00a0<strong><a href=\"mailto:careers@spokcapital.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">careers@spokcapital.com<\/a>\u00a0<\/strong>using the job title as the subject of the mail<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Spok Capital Limited is a client-focused financial Services company, licensed by the Securities &amp; Exchange Commission.
