In addition, it will provide facilities for a 750-bed Hospital comprising of: 200-bed Children Hospital, 250-bed Women Hospital, and an Adult Hospital.<\/p>\n<p>Also, the College will include an African Medical Research Centre where missionary-minded researchers shall render selfless services in finding solutions to various diseases that are depreciating the value of health on the African continent.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Applications are required from suitably qualified candidates for the following positions:<\/p>\n<p>1.) ASSISTANT DIRECTOR NURSING<\/p>\n<p>Candidates must possess<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>BNSc Nursing, RN, RM (or equivalent) with 15 years experience.<\/li>\n<li>Additional Professional Qualification or Certification with experience in any health care discipline.<\/li>\n<li>Will work with the Director of Nursing Service in administration of the nursing department.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>2.) CHIEF NURSING OFFICER<\/p>\n<p><strong>Duties<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Will head Unit of the hospital and report to the DNS or the delegate.<\/li>\n<li>The Successful Candidate must be able to pass on skills and be involved in the training of nursing students on the ward.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualification<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Candidates must possess BNSc Nursing, RN, RM (or equivalent) with 12 years experience. Diploma in Nursing Administration will be an advantage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>3.) ASSISTANT CHIEF NURSING OFFICER<\/p>\n<p><strong>Duties<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Will head unit of the hospital and report to the DNS or the delegate.<\/li>\n<li>The successful candidate must be able to pass on skills and be involved In the training of nursing students on the ward<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualification<\/strong><br \/>\nCandidates must possess BNSc Nursing RN, RM( equivalent) with 10 years experience. Diploma In Nursing Administration will of advantage.<\/p>\n<p>4.) PRINCIPAL NURSING OFFICER<\/p>\n<p><strong>Duties<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Will support the head of the unit in the patient management and report to the unit head or the delegate.<\/li>\n<li>The successful candidate must be able to pass on skills and be involved in the training of nursing students on the ward<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualification<\/strong><br \/>\nCandidates must possess BNSc Nursing, RN, RM (or equivalent) with 8 years experience. Diploma in Nursing Administration will be an advantage.<\/p>\n<p>5.) SENIOR NURSING OFFICER<\/p>\n<p><strong>Duties<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Will support the unit head and report to the unit head or the delegate.<\/li>\n<li>The successful candidates must be able to pass on skills and be involved in the training of nursing students on the ward.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualification<\/strong><br \/>\nCandidates must possess BNSc Nursing\/RN,RM (or equivalent) with 5years experience.<\/p>\n<p>6.)
