The company seeks to employ Head of Assessments<\/strong> to be based in Lagos Nigeria, he or she will be reporting to the Managing Director and will be placed at Job Level 4<\/p>\n

Purpose of the Job:<\/strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n

Responsible for verifying compliance and assessment of management systems of suppliers\/ contractors who provide a service to the oil and gas industry.<\/p>\n

Key Job Responsibilities<\/h3>\n

The prequalification of suppliers within the oil and gas industry and to lead a team of assessors.<\/p>\n

Essential Skills<\/h3>\n
    \n
  • Bachelors Degree in Engineering (Minimum)<\/li>\n
  • HSE certification<\/li>\n
  • Lead Assessor Certification (via examination)<\/li>\n
  • Membership of a relevant professional institution<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Desirable Job Skills<\/h3>\n
      \n
    • Integrity, confidentiality and transparency<\/li>\n
    • Report writing skills<\/li>\n
    • Awareness of supply chain activities in the oil and gas industry<\/li>\n
    • Awareness of the international standards within the oil and gas industry<\/li>\n
    • Experience in the delivery of Assessment\/ Audits<\/li>\n
    • Costumer focused and service oriented<\/li>\n
    • PC skills, including MS Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Person specification<\/h3>\n

      The post holder will require 10 years experience, good management skills and the ability to lead a team of Assessors.<\/p>\n

      The post holder will be based at Lagos but may frequently have to travel to the oil field regions\u00a0 in the country.<\/p>\n
