Overall interdiscipline engineering management responsibility for offshore\u00a0oil and gas project.<\/p>\n<p>Responsibilities include; HSE, Commercial, Design, Quality and Risk Management.<\/p>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li>To maintain and review standard technical documentation for the group.<\/li>\n<li>Oversee the preparation of designs, estimates, submission of tenders and recommendations regarding engineering designs, construction techniques, engineering procedures and the utilisation of new technology.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure effective provision of engineering services to project management for projects mainly through directing the efforts of Project Engineers, Design Engineers and Technical Assistants.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor and review the activities of outside engineering consultants.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain contact with client representatives on engineering aspects of projects.<\/li>\n<li>Quality Assurance \u2013 Responsible for working within the provisions and guidelines of the Quality Assurance system relevant to the Pipelines &amp; Terminals.<\/li>\n<li>Safety \u2013 Responsible for personal safety safe working practices for the Pipelines &amp; Terminals. Understand and follow OH&amp;S procedures.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Requirements <\/strong><br \/>\nTen (10) + years relevant offshore oil and gas experience in similar position is required.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Other Skills<\/strong><br \/>\nProven track record of working within project teams Proven ability to work with a minimal supervision Ability and willingness to meet agreed deadlines Possess excellent interpersonal skills and a willingness and ability to work as part of team.
