Expatriate Administration<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Ensure that expatriates are aware of contents of policy, contract and conditions of service<\/p>\n

\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Administer local contract to expatriates and liaise with Group on any related issues<\/p>\n

\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Liaise with HR Business Partners and employee and industrial relations officers on grievances and serious performance issues concerning expatriates<\/p>\n

\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Coordinate orientation, induction and on-boarding of expatriates<\/p>\n

\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Coordinate\u00a0expatriate meetings and forums<\/p>\n

\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Provide advice to expatriates coming to Nigeria regarding immigration issues<\/p>\n

\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Ensure that expatriates comply with all Nigerian Immigration laws and regulations<\/p>\n

\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Assist in the enforcement of expatriate regulations and conditions of service<\/p>\n

\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Communicate deactivation\/re-activation notice to relevant units\/stakeholders<\/p>\n

\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Manage expatriate recruitment and their contracts with MTNN<\/p>\n

\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Monitor leave days and flights taken on vacation( HR Admin to maintain data)<\/p>\n

Secondee Administration<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Coordinate secondment activities and correspondence, up-to-date communication with potential secondees and liaison with the group<\/p>\n

\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Ensure that all stake holders are adequately informed of a secondment<\/p>\n

\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Liaise with talent development manager and relevant operating unit on secondment tenure<\/p>\n

\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Ensure compliance of secondee\u2019s contract with stipulations of secondment policy<\/p>\n

Expatriate Welfare<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Coordinate all “Look See” visits.<\/p>\n

\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Make use of best practice in hospitality planning to help inform expatriates and management of the above task.<\/p>\n

\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Promote, support and coordinate the different measures delivered as part of the travel plan and to monitor progress against objectives and targets<\/p>\n

\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Liaise with facilities on accommodation issues of expats<\/p>\n

\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Ensure that accommodation has been inspected and adequately furnished before expatriate resumes<\/p>\n

\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Coordinate all pre-on-boarding preparations (accommodation, schooling for wards, tool of trade\/status vehicles, work station, user account creation, relocation allowance, protocol\/logistics, immigration, etc)<\/p>\n
