On May 16, 2001, MTN became the first GSM network to make a call following the globally lauded Nigerian GSM auction conducted by the Nigerian Communications Commission earlier in the year. MTN Nigeria currently recruits\u00a0<strong>BTS Implementation Auditor<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description: <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Implement day to day BTS quality inspection and      ensure that the entire inspection takes place within an assigned area.<\/li>\n<li>Compile reports and maintain statistics for all      BTS infrastructure inspection.<\/li>\n<li>Suggest and monitor corrective (remedial)      action where implemented in adherence to MTN Specification and Standard      Best Practice and ensure Audit compliance, report deviances.<\/li>\n<li>Establish conformities or nonconformities      either in the design specification, implementation or in the operation of      MTNN GSM network infrastructure.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain an electronic filing system of      operational and work in-progress BTS sites<\/li>\n<li>Liaise and carryout node test with responsible      units to ensure acceptable performance of newly integrated sites\/nodes.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor and quality check of new network nodes      to ensure acceptable GoS<\/li>\n<li>Implement site\u2019s quality assurance projects as      directed by the Manager, BTS Implementation Audit.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Description: <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Team-based Field and Office-bound. Work outside office hours and travel long hours Normal MTNN Working Conditions.
