As a result of business expansion and capacity building, unique career opportunities exist in the organization for highly competent and self-motivated professionals; the company is looking to fill the vacant position:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0<\/strong><strong>Technical Manager (TM)<\/p>\n<p>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Lagos<\/p>\n<p><strong>The key accountabilities of this position include:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Set milling processes standards<\/li>\n<li>Conduct test milling of different wheat types arid wheat blends<\/li>\n<li>Develop suitable grits t and comply with approved wheat grits<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that all final products are according to defined specifications<\/li>\n<li>Training and development of technical and manufacturing personnel<\/li>\n<li>Implement and monitor best practice Health, Safety and Environmental standards Develop preventative and continuous repairs and maintenance programs<\/li>\n<li>Develop long-term facilities plans and annual expenses and capital expenditure budgets<\/li>\n<li>Implement Continuous Improvement initiatives to improve performance standards<\/li>\n<li>Timely matching of manufacturing capacity with changes in market requirements<\/li>\n<li>Process and product quality Innovation<\/li>\n<li>Reduced machine down time as a result of correct planned maintenance<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualification and Requirement:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>B.Sc or HND in Mechanical Engineering or any relevant course<\/li>\n<li>15 years milling experience with a large wheat milling company.<\/li>\n<li>City &amp; Guild certificate in wheat milling<\/li>\n<li>Good knowledge and experience of the Buhler milling equipment and processes<\/li>\n<li>Practical knowledge of various wheat varieties and origins<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Application Closing Date<\/strong><br \/>\n7th May, 2013<\/p>\n<p><strong>Method of Application<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested qualified candidates should send their updated CVs to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:careers@hytng.com\"><strong>careers@hytng.com<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0with the position you are applying for.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>HYT Consulting &#8211; Our client is a multinational FMCG and a fast growing producers\/manufacturer of various types of goods.
