As a result of business expansion and capacity building, unique career opportunities exist in the organization for highly competent and self-motivated professionals; the company is looking to fill the vacant position:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0<\/strong><strong>HR Officer<\/p>\n<p>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Lagos<\/p>\n<p>Report To: HR Manager<\/p>\n<p><strong>Duties &amp; Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Analyze, plan, manage recruitment programs and the hiring process to ensure that HR service provided meets the needs of company\u2019s business.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure compensation and benefits are in line with Company policies and updated Government Regulations.<\/li>\n<li>Control Payroll Calculation, compulsory Insurances and other HR reports as required by authorities Prepares the annual statutory financial reports<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate with HR in Head Office to conduct annual employee performance appraisal.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain discipline for the southern factory as well as create motivation for all employees.<\/li>\n<li>Supervise HR team, solve employee conflicts and improve HR administration; develop strong relationships with HO and effective communication between Company &amp; employees.<\/li>\n<li>Understand the local employment laws.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain, update and expand the company policies,<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications and Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>B.Sc\/ HND in Business Administration or any Social Science discipline .<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 2 years relevant experience<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Competencies Required<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Good at analyzing and resolving problems,<\/li>\n<li>Good planning, organization and reporting skills.<\/li>\n<li>Competent in the use of computers to enhance work performance,<\/li>\n<li>Self-motivated, diligent, and enthusiastic with a strong business orientation.<\/li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of capturing and reporting data<\/li>\n<li>Meticulous, detailed, well-organized and able to work independently to meet datelines<\/li>\n<li>Ability to pay attention to details.<\/li>\n<li>Able to communicate well with all levels of people<\/li>\n<li>Verbal and written communication skills, presentation skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Application Closing Date<\/strong><br \/>\n7th May, 2013<\/p>\n<p><strong>Method of Application<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested qualified candidates should send their updated CVs to:<a href=\"mailto:careers@hytng.com\"><strong>careers@hytng.com<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0with the position you are applying for.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>HYT Consulting &#8211; Our client is a multinational FMCG and a fast growing producers\/manufacturer of various types of goods.
