As a result of business expansion and capacity building, unique career opportunities exist in the organization for highly competent and self-motivated professionals; the company is looking to fill the vacant position:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0<\/strong><strong>Process \/ Generator Technician<\/p>\n<p>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Lagos<\/p>\n<p><strong>Report To: Engineer<\/strong><br \/>\nTo ensure that all factory equipment are functioning to their maximum efficiency with minimum down time in all areas.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Duties &amp; Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage performance of factory equipment.<\/li>\n<li>Coaching of factory personnel on proper utilization of equipment \/ machinery<\/li>\n<li>Eliminate \/ minimize machine related accidents.<\/li>\n<li>Minimize equipment related expenses and down-time<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications and Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>OND in Mechanical Engineering or any related field<\/li>\n<li>3 years cognate experience in Maintenance of a production line involving Flow packaging machines, Ovens, Mixers, Conveyors, and Compressors in food Industry experience in the food manufacturing Environment.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in preventive maintenance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Competencies Required<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.<\/li>\n<li>Planning and organizational skills.<\/li>\n<li>Good interpersonal skills<\/li>\n<li>Strong Communication.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work with diverse teams<\/li>\n<li>Managing results<\/li>\n<li>Continuous improvement<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Application Closing Date<\/strong><br \/>\n7th May, 2013<\/p>\n<p><strong>Method of Application<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested qualified candidates should send their updated CVs to:<a href=\"mailto:careers@hytng.com\"><strong>careers@hytng.com<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0with the position you are applying for.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>HYT Consulting &#8211; Our client is a multinational FMCG and a fast growing producers\/manufacturer of various types of goods.
