The actual duties, responsibilities, and qualifications may vary based on assignment and are not limited to those listed.<\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Specific Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assists in accumulating and accessing historical data such as performance experience, for use in maintaining a realistic basis for estimating, budgeting and forecasting.<\/li>\n<li>May interface with clients.\u00a0 May attend regular meetings.<\/li>\n<li>Understands and applies engineering, procurement, and construction terminology, concepts, and relationships.\u00a0 Develops and maintains estimates and budgets utilizing this information.<\/li>\n<li>Strives to analyze, evaluate, and forecast current status against an established baseline schedule.\u00a0 Assesses the impact of estimates or construction changes and schedule slippages.\u00a0 Reports status to appropriate project and Company management.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Performs additional duties as assigned:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develops cost estimates on a daily routine;<\/li>\n<li>Facilitates the estimating, budgeting and change order effort;<\/li>\n<li>Responds on behalf of other estimators in their absence.<\/li>\n<li>Review scope of works and familiarize WBS and cost components<\/li>\n<li>Prepare Estimate Basis Memorandum (EBM)<\/li>\n<li>Prepare Estimate Confidence Package (ECP)<\/li>\n<li>Attend meetings and coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Installation Team<\/li>\n<li>Preparation of RFQ budget estimates<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/worleyparsons.ats.hrsmart.com\/cgi-bin\/a\/highlightjob.cgi?jobid=18592\">Apply directly through Worley Parsons official website<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>WorleyParsons is\u00a0the preferred global provider of technical, project and operational support services to our customers, a leading provider of professional services to the energy, resources and complex processes industries.
