{"id":22052,"date":"2013-05-13T10:37:27","date_gmt":"2013-05-13T09:37:27","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistnigeria.com\/?p=22052"},"modified":"2013-05-13T10:37:27","modified_gmt":"2013-05-13T09:37:27","slug":"major-telecom-company-recruiting-customer-service-agents","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistnigeria.com\/major-telecom-company-recruiting-customer-service-agents.html","title":{"rendered":"Major Telecom Company Recruiting Customer Service Agents"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Phillips Outsourcing Services Nigeria Limited is the leading provider of outsourcing services to multiple clients across a number of sectors in the Nigerian economy.<\/p>\n<p>Our client, a major telecom service provider in nigeria is in need of Customer Service Agents.<br \/>\nThus, we are recruiting to fill the position:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Customer Service Agents<\/p>\n<p>Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Lagos<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Attending to walk in customers<\/li>\n<li>Excellent Customer Service<\/li>\n<li>Must at all times deliver an extremely high level of customer service in an efficient, friendly and professional manner<\/li>\n<li>Customer Handling Time<\/li>\n<li>All customers are to be served within the agreed time limits for both regular and High Value Customers.<\/li>\n<li>Reporting<\/li>\n<li>Provide daily feedback on business activities.<\/li>\n<li>Care of Company asset<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Basic understanding and knowledge of GSM market and Telecoms products and services<\/li>\n<li>It is required that each agent be bilingual with fluent spoken English language and at least one major Nigerian language in addition. Additional language can be one of Yoruba, Hausa, Ibo and Pidgin. The minority languages might come in useful depending on the showroom location<\/li>\n<li>Ability to use a computer is required.
