{"id":2211,"date":"2009-11-24T19:03:41","date_gmt":"2009-11-24T18:03:41","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistnigeria.com\/?p=2211"},"modified":"2010-10-18T16:12:46","modified_gmt":"2010-10-18T15:12:46","slug":"adexen-nigeria-plant-support-engineer","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistnigeria.com\/adexen-nigeria-plant-support-engineer.html","title":{"rendered":"Adexen Nigeria: Plant Support Engineer Vacancies"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-full wp-image-318\" title=\"adexen\" src=\"https:\/\/joblistnigeria.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/adexen.png\" alt=\"adexen\" width=\"125\" height=\"104\" \/>Adexen Nigeria<\/strong> is recruiting for one of its clients &#8211; a leading company in the Energy sector, is looking for a Plant Support Engineer for its operations.<\/p>\n<p>JOB DESCRIPTION<\/p>\n<p>The Plant Support Engineer is accountable for operational support, planned and unplanned maintenance, and associated administration activities at the Power Station where an o&amp;m contract exists.<\/p>\n<p>He will report to the Plant Support Manager<\/p>\n<p>The position is based in Lagos.<\/p>\n<p>RESPONSIBILITIES<\/p>\n<p>Responsible for implementation of quality systems that meet Company and contractual requirements and for achieving targets derived from contractual, technical and commercial obligations.<br \/>\nHe shall proactively support the Customer in the operation, maintenance and repair of the Power Station in accordance with the terms of the Contract.<br \/>\nContract guarantee metrics, e.g. gas turbine availability, reliability and efficiency<br \/>\nGood relations with the Customer and other parties<br \/>\nCost consciousness, achieving O&amp;M costs targets<br \/>\nQUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE<\/p>\n<p>Electrical or Mechanical Engineering MSc\/ BSc degree or equivalent work experience<br \/>\nThree years experience in commissioning, operation or maintenance of Power Stations or equivalent facilities, two of which in GT\/combined cycle plants associated with either plant control or thermal block<br \/>\nInternational experience<br \/>\nSubstantial knowledge of engineering practices, functions and processes involved in the operation and maintenance of a Power Station<br \/>\nKnowledge of the type of Power Station concerned<br \/>\nKnowledge of typical legislation associated with Power Station operation and maintenance<br \/>\nGood organisational skills<br \/>\nAbility to reach satisfactorily negotiated solutions<br \/>\nFluent in English<br \/>\nWHAT IS ON OFFER<\/p>\n<p>Attractive package<\/p>\n<p>Please send us your salary expectations &amp; your english resume in Word format at: ADEXEN-697818@talentprofiler.com<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Adexen Nigeria is recruiting for one of its clients &#8211; a leading company in the Energy sector, is looking for a Plant Support Engineer for its operations.
