 Licensing Officer<\/strong> \u2013 HP\/CT\/010<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-full wp-image-2214\" title=\"hpierson\" src=\"https:\/\/joblistnigeria.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/hpierson.jpg\" alt=\"hpierson\" width=\"150\" height=\"47\" \/><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop framework and policy for licensing of industry operators<\/li>\n<li>Evaluate information obtained to determine applicant\u2019s qualification for  license issuance<\/li>\n<li>Issue licenses or permits to qualified applicants<\/li>\n<li>Provide advice and guidance to ensure compliance with appropriate statutes  or regulations<\/li>\n<li>Assist in processing and issuance of the various types of licenses that the  bureau must issue according to the law<\/li>\n<li>Assist in processing request for a license<\/li>\n<li>Assist in providing legal input in other regulatory reviews and  Analysis<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualification &amp; Experience:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>First Degree in\u00a0 Sociology, Business Administration, or Public  administration<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 4 years practicing law in a reputable firm, the industry,  governmental agency, or academic institution<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of the tourism\u00a0 industry and laws governing the industry<\/li>\n<li>Experience in contract and commercial law<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>In addition to these requirements, interested candidates should  possess the following:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Appreciable knowledge of the local environment<\/li>\n<li>Good writing and oral communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Good presentation and proven leadership skills<\/li>\n<li>Good interpersonal and excellent analytical skills<\/li>\n<li>Innovative thinking<\/li>\n<li>Being a Cross River State indigene-ship will be an added Advantage<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Method Of Application:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><\/strong>please send your CV to <a href=\"mailto:ha%6d%40h%70ierson.c%6fm\">ham@hpierson.com<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>H Pierson Associates Nigeria is recruiting for one of its client \u2013 a state government in Nigeria. the state thereby seeks the services of the following: Standards &amp;
