Professor (BUSS 15)<\/strong><br \/>\nApplicants should posses a Ph.D Degree from a recognized University, extensive and outstanding university teaching and administrative experience of at least ten years, evidence of leadership in research and successful supervision of post graduate students. In addition, applicants must have outstanding research and scholarly publications in recognized, acceptable and reputable national and international journals.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2. Reader (BUSSI 4)<\/strong><br \/>\nAs for Professor but, with at least eight years experience.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3. Senior Lecturer (BUSS 13)<\/strong><br \/>\nAs for Reader, but at least five years experience<\/p>\n<p><strong>4. Lecturer I (BUSS 11)<\/strong><br \/>\nApplicants should possess a Ph.D degree from a recognized University or an acceptable relevant professional qualification; have evidence of substantial teaching and research experience and evidence of scholarly publications in recognized and reputable journals.<\/p>\n<p><strong>5. Lecturer II (BUSS 09)<\/strong><br \/>\nApplicants should possess a Ph.D degree from a recognized university or an acceptable relevant professional qualifications.<\/p>\n<p><strong>6. Assistant Lecturer (BUSS 08)<\/strong><br \/>\nApplicants should possess either M.Phil or Master\u2019s degree by research from a recognized university.<\/p>\n<p><strong>C.) Non-Academic Staff Position<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Department of Works and Services:<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Director of Works and Services:\n<ul>\n<li>A degree in Engineering or such other qualifications registerable with the Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN) with at least 15 years working experience.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Remuneration\u00a0<\/strong><br \/>\nBowen University runs a unique remuneration package, which is similar to what obtains in other tertiary institutions<br \/>\n<strong><br \/>\nE.)
