Formulate strategy for all the platforms IVR, SMS, GPRS, CRBT, USSD, Mobile Advertising, m-commerce\/banking, roaming products &amp; social networking applications.<br \/>\n\u2022 Define product specifications .and produce RFPs and RFQs in consultation with cross-functional teams.<br \/>\n\u2022 Develop and Manage Vendor relationships for timely launch of New Services, Applications, Content and monitor SLA\u2019s.<br \/>\n\u2022 Drive platform wise revenues for key Value Added services.<br \/>\n\u2022 Plan and oversee the launching of new services<\/p>\n<p><strong>Required Experience:<\/strong><br \/>\n\u2022 7 \u2013 10 years of relevant experience in new product management or currently heading VAS vertical of a telecom company.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Educational Requirements:<\/strong><br \/>\n\u2022 Bachelor\u2019s degree in Business Management, Engineering or any other relevant disciplines.<br \/>\n\u2022 Possession of a post qualification degree in business related field will be added advantage<\/p>\n<p><strong>Additional skills:<\/strong><br \/>\n\u2022 Excellent communication and presentation skills<br \/>\n\u2022 Strong Interpersonal skills<br \/>\n\u2022 Excellent negotiation skills<br \/>\n\u2022 Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Excel and SQL\/Microsoft Access<br \/>\n\u2022 Knowledge of BI Tools is required for Head Analytic and Research<\/p>\n<p><strong><br \/>\nMethod of Application:<\/strong><br \/>\nQualified candidates should e-mail their resume with a passport photograph if possible (quoting the relevant references for the Vacancy to: <strong>marketing.job@gloworld.com<\/strong><br \/>\nOnly short-listed candidates will be contacted.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Closing Date: 15th December, 2009.<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Globacom Nigeria Limited is seeking to hire high flying professionals in marketing to fill the following vacant position in West Africa.
