Administration<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong><br \/>\nJob Description<br \/>\nService Provider relationship management<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Liaise with partner travel agencies in providing literature and information concerning travel routes, accommodation, fares, tours as well as travel regulations<\/li>\n<li>Supervise pantry services<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Effective HR Reporting for Business Decision<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Tracking &amp; Reporting of monthly leave utilization function wise<\/li>\n<li>Monthly leave amortization report to finance<\/li>\n<li>Monthly update of group life computation to finance.<\/li>\n<li>Monthly reporting on Accruals and FnF of HR budget items<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>New Employee On-boarding Resource Management<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Compilation of offer pack to RAPM for negotiation.<\/li>\n<li>BSA creation for New Employees, Partners\/ Contractors<\/li>\n<li>New staff announcement on HR intranet portal<\/li>\n<li>Employee reference management<\/li>\n<li>Bank Introduction letters<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Employee Benefit Management<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Weekly update of employee medical scheme database- validation of old and new employees<\/li>\n<li>Data Card Administration ( issuance,collection,activation &amp; trouble shooting)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Administrative support to the HR Directors Office<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Have daily Diary meetings with HRD to discuss upcoming engagements and invitations<\/li>\n<li>Booking of meetings appropriately as per HRDs availability<\/li>\n<li>Timely and appropriately booking of travel and accommodation for HRD\u2019s trips<\/li>\n<li>Liaise with relevant individuals, external organizations etc to arrange meetings, prepare agendas and draft minutes<\/li>\n<li>Schedule Meetings between the HRD and the direct reports<\/li>\n<li>Plan, organize and manage own workload and that of the HR Department to ensure that all the reports are processed and submitted in a timely and accurate manner<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Desired Skills &amp; Experience<\/p>\n<p>Educational Qualifications &amp; Functional \/ Technical Skills<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>First degree in humanities or social sciences<\/li>\n<li>Excellent computer skills especially MS Excel and Word<\/li>\n<li>Sound numerical and analytical skills<\/li>\n<li>One year post NYSC experience<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Relevant Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>At least 3 years experience as a PA or Secretary in an administrative role in a senior or executive management role<\/li>\n<li>Relevant experience in the administration of travels and other employee support programs<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Other requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ability to adapt in a rapidly changing business environment and excel in a collaborative team environment<\/li>\n<li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Detail consciousness<\/li>\n<li>Excellent written and oral communication skills;<\/li>\n<li>Excellent word processing and IT skills, including knowledge and proficiency to at least intermediate levels in a range of office software, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook<\/li>\n<li>Excellent organizational skills<\/li>\n<li>The ability to work on your own initiative and to tight deadlines<\/li>\n<li>Ability to multitask<\/li>\n<li>An understanding of confidentiality issues and the use of discretion<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Application Closing
