The Group has diverse Business interests in FMCG, Agriculture &amp; Allied, Pharmaceuticals, Chemicals, IT, Oil Field Services, etc.<\/p>\n<p>As a part of its growth and expansion plans, the Company is seeking to recruit self driven, experienced and motivated individuals to fill select positions within the Group\u2019s various businesses.<\/p>\n<p>The client seeks to fill the following key positions:<\/p>\n<p><strong>1.)\u00a0Head of Insurance<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Ref Code: <\/strong>FMH004<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, the successful candidate will be responsible for the Insurance function as it relates to insurance management of the company.<\/li>\n<li>Advise on local and international insurance matters including any regulatory\/statutory requirements that may affect the company\u2019s activities.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure the periodic review of all insurance policies, procedures and practices to ensure alignment with National Insurance Commission\u2019s (NAICOM) stipulations.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor and study the impact of new insurance regulations that may affect activities and proffer recommendations.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure periodic review of risks to be managed via insurance to ensure adequate coverage under existing policies.<\/li>\n<li>Recommend relevant insurance policies for uncovered risks.<\/li>\n<li>Champion the negotiation of optimal premium rates with insurance providers (both at the local and global levels)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A Bachelor\u2019s degree in any discipline (preferably in Accounting or Finance)<\/li>\n<li>Professional Accounting\/Finance certification, (e.g. ACA, ACCA, CIA)<\/li>\n<li>A minimum of 12 years relevant experience with at least 5 years in management level.<\/li>\n<li>Experience leading the insurance function of a large FMCG\/ Manufacturing organisation, with proven leadership track record.<\/li>\n<li>Deep knowledge of the local and global insurance key drivers and trends.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>2.)\u00a0Head of Transportation &amp; Logistics<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ref Code: <\/strong>FMH003<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Reporting to the Group Executive Director, the successful candidate will be responsible for the overall accountability of planning, coordinating and managing the fleet including related general administration.<\/li>\n<li>Manage Company\u2019s fleet and coordinate drivers.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure the security of all the vehicles of the Company including but not limited to arranging tracking for all cars, engraving all their parts, etc.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor and ensure the routine and need based maintenance of vehicles in conjunction with the Engineering department.<\/li>\n<li>Relate with the vehicles documentation desk to ensure that all vehicles particulars (e.g. registration, insurance) are complete.<\/li>\n<li>Track and analyze the vehicle wise cost of fuel, maintenance, and other recurring expenses pertaining to running of the vehicle in specified manner.<\/li>\n<li>Implement and maintain quality systems and continuously improve methodologies with specific focus on growth, cost reduction and process improvements.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A Bachelor\u2019s degree in any discipline Degree\/Certificate course in Transport Management.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum 12 years experience of handling same<\/li>\n<li>Excellent knowledge in a transport function within an FMCG\/ Manufacturing Company<\/li>\n<li>Good writing and communication skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>3.)\u00a0Head of Administration (2 Required)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ref Code: <\/strong>FMH002<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Reporting to the Executive Director-HR &amp; Administration, the successful candidate will be responsible for the overall accountability of the Administration function with specific focus on aligning the Administration department with the ongoing and emerging requirements of the organisation.
