Applications are hereby required from suitably qualified candidates to fill the\u00a0vacant position\u00a0of Executive Assistant.\u00a0Nestl\u00e9 Nigeria Plc upholds the principle of Non- Discrimination and\u00a0Equal Employment Opportunities\u00a0in its\u00a0recruitment\u00a0processes.<\/p>\n<p><b><br \/>\nINDUSTRIAL PERFORMANCE ENGINEER\u00a0\u2013 Flowergate Factory<br \/>\n<\/b><br \/>\nJob Reference: INDPERF2013<br \/>\n<b>Location:<\/b>\u00a0Lagos<\/p>\n<p><b>Description<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To carry our tasks proactively with other functions to identify, disseminate and apply sustainable improvement activities of Quality, Cost, People and Service at the Factory using Industrial Performance techniques and tools.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Key Responsibilities:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Establishes standards\u00a0 and performance\u00a0 measures according to IP-GI\u2019s and ensure the application in the factory<\/li>\n<li>Co-ordinates and supports the implementation of continuous improvement: NCE, On site problem solving.<\/li>\n<li>Co-ordinates update of Nestl\u00e9 Self-Assessment Tool (NSAT) with factory functions and keeps records of same.<\/li>\n<li>Establishes factory capacity measurement using the appropriate tool e.g. IP-GI\u2019s, Capacity Summary Tool (CST)<\/li>\n<li>Evaluates proposals on projects of capital\u00a0investments\u00a0to ensure optimum utilization of capacity, safety and environment.<\/li>\n<li>Contributes in establishing\u00a0Standard Cost\u00a0Budget (SCB) and update Production Versions (PVs) in SAP.<\/li>\n<li>Challenge the standards in order to identify improvement opportunities<\/li>\n<li>Ensure establishment of (KPIs), their use to support\u00a0business objectives\u00a0and coordinate the updating\u00a0 regularly on the notice boards<\/li>\n<li>Drive cost savings, tracks the\u00a0results\u00a0of cost saving improvement initiatives using the\u00a0 appropriate tool (Operation Excellence Tracking Tool)<\/li>\n<li>Ensure correct utilization of SAM, GLOBE (SAP) and IP-GI\u2019s (System Health Check)<\/li>\n<li>Identify training needs on manufacturing systems, conduct and coordinate trainings for people development<\/li>\n<li>Analyses variances from set norms\/objectives by using KPIs\u00a0 and ensures follow up<\/li>\n<li>Ensures safety of self, product, workplace and colleagues while ensuring the control of the impact of his activities on the environment<\/li>\n<li>Maintain\u00a0Food Safety\u00a0awareness and its relevance in order to ensure strict Compliance in the work place.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Qualification:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>B.Sc\u00a0Industrial Engineering<\/li>\n<li>3-5 years post NYSC experience in Industrial Performance related role<\/li>\n<li>Good\u00a0Planning and organization\u00a0Skills<\/li>\n<li>Excellent Analytical skills.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent Presentation &amp; Communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Must be able to effectively build strategic working relationship<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Mode of Application<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Interested and qualified candidates should:\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/dragnetnigeria.com\/nnplc\/apply.aspx?job_id=77\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\">Click here to apply online<\/a><\/p>\n<p><b>Deadline:<\/b><\/p>\n<p>30<sup>th<\/sup>\u00a0August, 2013<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>As the Leading Nutrition Health and\u00a0Wellness\u00a0Company, we are committed to enhancing People\u2019s lives, everywhere, every day, in fact enhancing lives will influence everything we do together.
