HEAD OF HUMAN RESOURCES\u00a0(2) (FMH001)<\/b><\/p>\n

The successful candidate will report to the Executive Director \u2013 HR & Administration and will be responsible for the overall accountability of group HR function with specific focus on aligning HR\u00a0with business\u00a0strategy, developing portfolio strategy, setting operational direction, reviewing and evaluating operating mechanisms<\/p>\n

Requirements:<\/b><\/p>\n

\u00b7 Bachelor\u2019s degree in any discipline preferably\u00a0social science
\n\u00b7 MBA\/Post\u00a0graduate\u00a0diploma in HR & IR from a reputable institution
\n\u00b7 Experience of at least 15 years of which 7 years is in management level
\n\u00b7 Experience leading the HR function of a large FMCG\/Manufacturing organization with proven leadership track record
\n\u00b7 Good knowledge of ERP applications<\/p>\n

HEAD OF ADMINISTRATION\u00a0(2) (FMH002)<\/b><\/p>\n

The successful candidate reports to the Executive Detector \u2013 HR & Administration and will be responsible for accountability of the Administration department with the ongoing and emerging requirements\u00a0of the organization.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Requirements:<\/b>
\n\u00b7 Master\u2019s degree in Public Administration or any discipline from a reputable institution
\n\u00b7 Not less than 12 years experience with at least 5 years in management level
\n\u00b7 Working knowledge of the FMCG\/Manufacturing industry
\n\u00b7 Excellent spoken and written English
\n\u00b7\u00a0Good leadership skills\u00a0and functional expertise
\n\u00b7 Decision making, planning, execution and analytical skills
\n\u00b7 Good knowledge of ERP application<\/p>\n

HEAD OF TRANSPORTATION & LOGISTICS\u00a0(FMH003)<\/b><\/p>\n

The successful candidate will report to the Group Executive Director and will be responsible for the overall accountability of planning, coordinating and\u00a0managing\u00a0the fleet including related general administration<\/p>\n

Job Requirements:\u00a0<\/b>
\n\u00b7 Bachelor\u2019s degree in any discipline
\n\u00b7 Degree\/Certificate Course in transport function within an FMCG\/Manufacturing company
\n\u00b7 Good writing and communication skills<\/p>\n

HEAD OF INSURANCE\u00a0(FMH004)<\/b><\/p>\n

The successful candidate will report to the Chief Financial Officer and will be responsible for the insurance function as it relates to insurance management of the company<\/b><\/p>\n

Requirements:\u00a0<\/b>
\n\u00b7 Bachelor\u2019s degree in any discipline preferably in accounting or finance
\n\u00b7 Professional Accounting\/Finance certification e.g. ACA, ACCA. CIA
\n\u00b7 Relevant experience of 12 years with at least 5 years in management level
\n\u00b7 Experience leading the insurance function of a large FMCG\/Manufacturing organization with proven leadership track record
\n\u00b7 Knowledge of the local and global insurance key drivers\u00a0and trends<\/p>\n
