a world where people will effortlessly stay in touch with family and friends; a world where businesses of all sizes can reach new markets without the limitations of distance and travel<\/p>\n<p>Etisalat Nigeria is recruiting to fill the below position of:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Secretary Network Operations<\/p>\n<p>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Abuja, NG<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Summary <\/strong><br \/>\nProvide administrative and logistics support to the Director in an effective and efficient manner<br \/>\n<strong><br \/>\nPrincipal Functions<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure high standard office practice\/ management in the Director&#8217;s office<\/li>\n<li>Draft messages on behalf of the Director<\/li>\n<li>Ensure effective management of the Director&#8217;s calendar<\/li>\n<li>Organize travel requirements for the Director and other functional staff<\/li>\n<li>Attend and take minutes at weekly and departmental meetings<\/li>\n<li>Act as first-line support to visitors<\/li>\n<li>Manage stationery items for entire team<\/li>\n<li>Plan and organize team events<\/li>\n<li>Maintain standard records system<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Educational Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>First degree or equivalent in relevant discipline<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Experience, Skills &amp;
