The company seeks to recruit\u00a0<strong>IT Business Intelligence Executive<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>The Job Role: <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The job role involves the provision of leadership to PZ Nigeria community in the development and use of administrative information systems, working closely with department heads and\/or designated staff to identify and prioritize information systems requirements, communicating corporate requirements to vendors and outside organizations, and the job incumbent is the primary communicator of project\/change status, risks, issues, and expectations.<\/p>\n<h3>The successful candidate shall be required to:<\/h3>\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Understand business strategy, objectives and operations;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Work with the business to understand and meet information needs;<\/li>\n<li>Work with Group IT to develop standard Business Intelligence models;<\/li>\n<li>Ensure all ETL processes run successfully (Loading, Data Cleansing etc);<\/li>\n<li>Trouble shoot data connectivity and data integrity issues;<\/li>\n<li>Maintain data structures, cubes and database to fulfill users\u2019 requirements;<\/li>\n<li>Maintain up-to-date documentation of work status and progress.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>The right Person for the Job:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The right candidate must:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Have five to nine years\u2019 experience in Information Systems;<\/li>\n<li>Be a highly motivated individual with strong interpersonal skills and\u00a0\u00a0passion for customer service;<\/li>\n<li>Possess a combination of technical and finance experience highly desirable<\/li>\n<li>Have a good knowledge of Ms SQL Server 200x;<\/li>\n<li>Have a solid knowledge of data warehousing principals, data modeling and data base design;<\/li>\n<li>Understand business concepts (Budgeting, Forecasting, Supply Chain, Sales analysis etc);<\/li>\n<li>Possess strong business analysis skills (Business Intelligence requirements gathering &amp; documentation);<\/li>\n<li>Have experience of data extraction and analysis from ERP systems;<\/li>\n<li>Possess expertise in Microsoft Analysis Services, OLAP reporting systems<\/li>\n<li>Have a\u00a0CAN DO\u00a0attitude, exhibiting our core values \u2013\u00a0<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">C<\/span>OURAGE,<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">A<\/span>CCOUNTABILITY,\u00a0<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">N<\/span>ETWORKING,<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">D<\/span>RIVE and\u00a0<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">O<\/span>NENESS.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><em> Please note that only shortlisted candidates would be contacted.<span style=\"font-style: normal; font-weight: normal;\"> <\/span><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Closing date: 18 Dec 2009<\/p>\n<p><a style=\"text-decoration: underline;\" href=\"http:\/\/recruitment.pzcussons.com\/recruitment\/nigeria\/register.aspx?jbId=C7C12548-77A0-487B-BE0B-0F3E4E8F0CA9\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">Click here to apply<\/span><\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>PZ Cussons operate in selected markets that have the potential for future growth, both in mature and emerging markets.
