You have demonstrated strengths and expertise in strategic analysis, product management and marketing. You&#8217;re a great executor, who can be bold and move fast. The Growth Managers at Facebook are responsible for defining and driving growth initiatives, identifying growth opportunities that help acquire new users as well as retaining current users, and working on improving the product to further improve the Facebook user experience. The position is a 6 to 11 month contract position.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Growth Manager, Nigeria (Contract)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Responsibilities<\/strong><br \/>\nDrive local execution of growth initiatives<\/p>\n<p>Provide market insights &#8211; identify and monitor strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats relevant for Facebook&#8217;s adoption in Nigeria<\/p>\n<p>Influence and Improve the Facebook experience of users in Nigeria by identifying product \/ market fit gaps<br \/>\nExplore, Identify and Evaluate strategic growth opportunities<\/p>\n<p>Manage mobile, media and developer partnerships<\/p>\n<p>Be an advocate for developers and for users in Nigeria<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Requirements<\/strong><br \/>\nSelf-driven, comfortable with a fast-paced, always-on, highly ambiguous start-up environment<\/p>\n<p>Extensive knowledge of online and mobile business models and Internet\/consumer technology<\/p>\n<p>Possesses mobile product management skills and experience<\/p>\n<p>Strong quantitative background with demonstrated ability to understand SQL data queries<\/p>\n<p>Proven track record with high standards of professionalism<\/p>\n<p>Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to develop strong working relationships inside and outside Facebook<\/p>\n<p>Creative, resourceful, detail-oriented, highly organized<\/p>\n<p>Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English<\/p>\n<p>Ability to meet multiple objectives in an entrepreneurial environment with little supervision<br \/>\nExtensive experience dealing with partners<\/p>\n<p>Prior experience working in a high-growth or startup technology company preferred<br \/>\nAuthorization to work in Nigeria<\/p>\n<p>To apply click\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/careers\/department?dept=sales&amp;req=a0IA0000006cPYwMAM\">https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/careers\/department?dept=sales&amp;req=a0IA0000006cPYwMAM<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Are you passionate about making Facebook the best global communication platform?
