\n\u2022 Manage the continuous growth of existing\u00a0portfolio\u00a0of lending products by structured\u00a0marketing and promotional\u00a0strategies
\n\u2022 Substantially growing the mortgage portfolio in line with set\u00a0economic profit\u00a0targets<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Innovate, develop, launch and manage secured and unsecured products, channels and services for target customers with a view to increasing overall CB business
\n\u2022 Proactively research target customers\u2019 needs to identify opportunities for new lending products and services; review and monitor competitors\u2019 product offerings to ensure a competitive edge for own product offerings
\n\u2022 Develop and co-ordinate marketing and distribution strategies for each product, including promotions, advertising, pricing and marketing development \u2013 in liaison with marketing and other stakeholders
\n\u2022 Track and analyze the\u00a0performance of\u00a0lending products against targets on regular basis and including justification and execution for re-pricing, in line with market conditions.
\n\u2022 Establish control mechanism to track and evaluate results of each advertising\/marketing campaigns in conjunction with marketing department to ensure that objectives are achieved
\n\u2022 Self-Generation of new employer schemes for the Value stream
\n\u2022 Self-Generation of leads, solicitation and canvassing from assigned employer list\u00a0 to increase the portfolio
\n\u2022 Identifying potential and credible developers & projects, enlisting them as Approved Developer in the country and develop\/strengthen real estate agents tie-ups to ensure achievements of set sales targets.
\n\u2022 Comprehensive performance management on the whole channel [people, systems & methods.]
\n\u2022 To develop and manage a Management Information System [MIS] for direct sales, including full reporting & tracking.
\n\u2022 To market bank customers and transfer competitor accounts to the Bank
\n\u2022 To achieve volume, margin, and fee income targets in order to contribute to the overall goals of the bank.
\n\u2022 To ensure that own area of operation is alert to\u00a0Money\u00a0Laundering & in Compliant to Groups Standards [including KYC requirements], and actively dispels\u00a0Money Laundering\/ fraudulent activities.

\n\u2022 Work with Head, Mortgages to\u00a0 review product competitiveness and recommend amendments where necessary to ensure that the product meets customer needs and remains competitive<\/p>\n

\n\u2022 A Good Knowledge of the Bank\u2019s Products, Services And Policies.
