\nMAIN PURPOSE
\nCustodian of learning database \u2013 master plans and coordination of the same in administration to support the enterprise team.
\nObtain and support the implementation of learning calendar.
\nImplement learning programmes in line with agreements from functional and enterprise teams
\nManage \/ organize learning events, sites, dedicated physical learning locations at sites and all related documentation (no-shows, last minute entry, co-ordination with\u00a0Help Desk\u00a0to ensure related statistics are updated.)
\nManage all learning communication.
\nMaintain e-learning platform supporting the enterprise team, where applicable
\nSupport the utilization of the\u00a0Learning Management System\u00a0(LMS) for all\u00a0learning activities.
\nEnsure training levy compliance, registration and\u00a0reimbursements
\nSupport Learning Budget tracking,\u00a0invoice\u00a0\/ payment follow-up as required.
\nGenerate learning reports, KPIs and SLAs on monthly basis
\nEnsure legal and policy compliance in own field of responsibility.<\/p>\n
\nUniversity Graduate
\n2 \u2013 3 years relevant experience
\nHR professional qualification will be an added advantage
\nUnderstanding of the business functions and operations<\/p>\n
