It was established as an affiliate of the Family Health International (FHI36O) to sustain FHI\u2019s achievements in strengthening indigenous organizational capacity in Nigeria. AHNi currently has its headquarters in Abuja, Nigeria. To strengthen our operations in the country, we are seeking qualified candidates for the vacant position:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Technical Officer- Care &amp; Treatment<\/p>\n<p>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Delta, Osun &amp; Ogun<br \/>\n<strong><br \/>\nJob Description<\/strong><br \/>\nThe Technical Officer- Care &amp; Treatment will under the direct supervision and technical guidance from the Senior Technical Officer-Care &amp; Treatment will provide technical and programmatic support to implement high quality care and support activities with primary focus on clinical management of HIV\/AIDS, TB, Prevention of Mother to Child Transmission of HIV\/AIDS, reproductive health\/family planning (RH\/FP) arid integrated medical services at the state and local government levels.<br \/>\n<strong><br \/>\nMinimum Recruitment Standards<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>MB.BS\/MD\/PHD or similar degree with 1 to 3 years relevant experience in clinical came with a sound understanding of HIV\/AIDS with provision of PMTCT and anti-retroviral therapy (ART) in resource constrained settings,<\/li>\n<li>Possession of an MPH or post graduate degree in a related field is required.<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with Nigerian public sector health systems and NGOs and CBOs is highly desirable<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Application Closing Date<\/strong><br \/>\n18<sup>th<\/sup>\u00a0October, 2013<br \/>\n<strong><br \/>\nMethod of Application<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested candidates should send their resume (CV) as a single MS Word document to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:AHNi-PCTJobs@ahnigeria.org\"><strong>AHNi-PCTJobs@ahnigeria.org<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/a><br \/>\nOnly applications sent electronically (i.e. by e-mail) with the job title and location clearly indicated as the subject of will be considered and only short listed candidates will be contacted.<br \/>\n<strong><br \/>\nDisclaimer:<\/strong><br \/>\nAHNi does not charge candidates a fee for a test or interview.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Achieving Health Nigeria Initiative (AHNi)\u00a0is a non-profit organization that promotes sods-economic development by supporting global health and economic initiatives in Nigeria.
