Our BPO services provide our customer with work-class, convenient, reliable and cost-effective contact Centre, Technical Helpdesk arid Document Management solutions.<\/p>\n<p>We are growing and looking for qualified and outstanding individuals to join our family to fill the vacant position<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Entry Level Call Center Agent<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>ID: 138<br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Enugu<\/p>\n<p><strong>Description <\/strong><br \/>\nDealing with company clients through calls, chats, emails etc<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Skill<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Computer literate with solid familiarity with Windows and MS Office suite<\/li>\n<li>Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills<\/li>\n<li>Excellent problem-resolution skills.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to learn, retain and apply large amounts of product, procedure, policy and system information.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to meet established productivity, effectiveness, training and quality goals.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work in a highly-structured environment \u2013 take scheduled lunches and breaks, Flexibility in responding to change or business needs.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to accommodate non-traditional work schedules.<\/li>\n<li>Time management.<\/li>\n<li>Good customer care skills.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to understand individual differences of customer, Language abilities of the agent, problem solving skills, assuring assurance, telephone skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Language Skill<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>English, Housa, Yoruba and Igbo<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Reports directly to the Team leads<\/li>\n<li>Answer phone and reply emails to respond to general customer enquiries \/ complaints.<\/li>\n<li>Project a professional company image through phone \/ email interaction and resolve all customers\u2019 \/ caller\u2019 complaints and issues.<\/li>\n<li>Provide callers \/ customers with appropriate and correct information, manage length \/ duration of calls and generate customer satisfaction.<\/li>\n<li>Manage difficult customer situations and transfer calls to appropriate persons when necessary<\/li>\n<li>Update exiting customers\u2019 data base with changes and the status of each customer and recommend process improvements<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that the clean room policy is observed.<\/li>\n<li>Agent should ensure that they have a good knowledge of the clients and company product.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Years Of Experience: Entry Level<\/li>\n<li>Minimium Qualification: H.N.D. &#8211; Higher National Diploma<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Additional Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Accurate comprehension, interpretation and capturing of information<\/li>\n<li>Accuracy and timely response to calls<\/li>\n<li>Process adherence<\/li>\n<li>Attitude to work<\/li>\n<li>Call handling<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Application Closing Date<\/strong><br \/>\n28th October, 2013<\/p>\n<p><strong>Method of Application<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should<br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/nelexnigeria.org\/job\/index.php\/vacancies\/138\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>Click here to apply online<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Interra Networks\u00a0is an Information &amp; Communications Technology (ICT) company located in Abuja, Nigeria.
