We supply Consultants to the Projects and Operations of our Clients.<\/p>\n<p>WTS Energy is recruiting to fill the below position:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Personal \/Executive Assistant<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ref No: WTGA03133<br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Lagos, Nigeria<br \/>\nCompany Profile: An E&amp;P company operating in West Africa.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support role for an articulate and experienced PA\/EA working for an inspirational and super busy CEO of a high profile E&amp;P company.<\/li>\n<li>Manage confidential information and to use own initiative a lot of the time as well as to have outstanding levels of accuracy and attention, detailed to ensure your work is consistently of a high standard.<\/li>\n<li>Manage a very busy diary, arrange appointments and organize travel, accommodation and transfers as appropriate.<\/li>\n<li>Use judgment in scheduling of meetings with executives &#8211; determine purpose and minimum time required.<\/li>\n<li>Use judgment to manage teams workload, current issues and knowledge to respond to queries; take ownership of enquires and ensure other issues are referred to the appropriate person in a timely fashion in their absence.<\/li>\n<li>Screen phone calls and messages, sort post and emails for the executives and prepare list of action items and issues, referring to the relevant team member when appropriate.<\/li>\n<li>Arrange travel using American Express Corporate Travel desk, liaising with third parties over meetings dates and locations.<\/li>\n<li>Proactively prepare complex international travel itineraries for each trip.<\/li>\n<li>Flexibility to travel to international locations if\/when required.<\/li>\n<li>Liaise with and support team as needed on process and execution of materials.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare presentations.<\/li>\n<li>Manage administration of meetings including documentation collation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Must be an educated young female (at least a Bachelor\u2019s degree obtained preferably overseas or foreign trained).<\/li>\n<li>Must be available to travel with short notice; both locally and internationally.<\/li>\n<li>Well versed with Microsoft office.<\/li>\n<li>Strong planning and problem solving skills.<\/li>\n<li>Strong organisational and administration skills.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent interpersonal, communication and writing skills; must be able to draft speeches, write-ups and presentations within short notice.<\/li>\n<li>Effective time management skills.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work accurately, with attention to detail.<\/li>\n<li>High level of integrity, tact and diplomacy, plus the ability to maintain confidentiality and total discretion at all times.<\/li>\n<li>Capable of working long hours\/ extra hours.<\/li>\n<li>Previous relevant work experience would be beneficial.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Terms &amp; Conditions Shipping Officer (Senior)<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>This position is opened to Nigerians only.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Application Closing Date<\/strong><br \/>\n10th December, 2013<\/p>\n<p><strong>Method of Application<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should:<br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/www.wtsenergy.com\/vacancies\/vacancy_personal_executive_assistant_lagos_nigeria_365252_31.html\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>Click here to apply online<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>WTS Energy\u00a0is a leading Consultant\/Manpower Supply company to the international Oil, Gas and Energy industry.
