{"id":23262,"date":"2013-10-28T11:40:17","date_gmt":"2013-10-28T10:40:17","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistnigeria.com\/?p=23262"},"modified":"2013-10-28T11:44:40","modified_gmt":"2013-10-28T10:44:40","slug":"call-centre-jobs-prepaid-medicare-services-limited","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistnigeria.com\/call-centre-jobs-prepaid-medicare-services-limited.html","title":{"rendered":"Call Centre Jobs at Prepaid Medicare Services Limited"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Prepaid Medicare Services Limited, a leading Health Maintenance Organisation (HMO) and a major player in the Nigeria Health Insurance Industry with Head Office in Abuja seeks to fill the under-listed position with competent, experienced and dedicated individuals<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the positions of:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Call Centre Agent\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<div><strong>Job Ref:<\/strong>\u00a0CCA-ABJ-10-13<\/p>\n<p><strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Abuja<br \/>\n<strong><br \/>\nResponsibilities<\/strong><\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>To answer and or\/initiate customer calls, respond to customer needs in a professional, service-oriented manner and maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction by seeking first call resolution.<\/li>\n<li>Modelling effective communication skills, call centre agents must be knowledgeable about the products arid services of Prepaid Medicare Services Ltd HMO.<\/li>\n<li>Function as an information source through telephonic assistance to members, providers, billing agencies, and various company\/department staff.<\/li>\n<li>Provide pleasant customer experience through superior customer service methods, problem solving and real-time issue resolution.<\/li>\n<li>Interact with provider community and various departments to resolve issues involving the membership and credentialing status.<\/li>\n<li>Explain benefits, eligibility status, enrollment processing procedures and status of authorizations arid referrals to callers.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct member outreach calls as assigned to pro-actively educate members on services available (Welcome Calls)<\/li>\n<li>Process complaints, following established guidelines.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain knowledge of National guidelines, regulations, and departmental policies and practices and maintain accurate documentation for compliance.<\/li>\n<li>Answer calls professionally and respond to customer inquiries.<\/li>\n<li>Identify and escalate priority issues<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of an OND in any of the Sciences, Marketing, Insurance or any other relevant field<\/li>\n<li>HMO Experience is an added advantage<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of the operations of the National Health Insurance Scheme (NHIS) will be an added advantage<\/li>\n<li>Excellent customer relationship skills<\/li>\n<li>Good communication\/presentation skills (both oral and written)<\/li>\n<li>Ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written English language<\/li>\n<li>Must be a team player, able to build arid maintain effective and collaborative sales and marketing network.<\/li>\n<li>Must be able to take responsibility arid demonstrate high level of integrity in dealing with all stakeholders<\/li>\n<li>To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
