GRADUATE TRAINEES<\/strong><\/p>\n

ADEXEC\u00a0GRADUATE\u00a0PROGRAMME<\/strong>
\nThe Adexec Graduate Programme is a\u00a0development framework\u00a0that enables new graduates to become fully independent Adexec professionals in 2-5 years. At Adexec, new graduates have access to an unparalleled range of roles and world-class\u00a0training and development\u00a0opportunities, including:
\nLeadership skills development
\nNetworking, Coaching and Mentoring relationships
\nLearning curriculum (training, e-learning modules, accreditation)<\/p>\n

WHO WE\u2019RE LOOKING FOR:<\/strong>
\nGraduates who finished with a very good degree at the Undergraduate level
\nGraduates who are currently engaged in or have finished their National Youth Service<\/p>\n

There will be specific skill requirements for your chosen\u00a0job area.
\nBut whatever your role, there are certain qualities you\u2019ll need if you\u2019re going to succeed at Adexec.
\nYou also need to be good at absorbing information, analysing problems, making objective\u00a0decisions\u00a0and coming up with original ideas. You should have the drive, confidence and resilience to get things done, the flexibility to work well in a team and the credibility to influence others.<\/p>\n
