We also handle services such as maintenance of generators, rentals, overhaul and provision of genuine spares parts for generators and other ancillary equipments.\u00a0POWERGEN also specializes in rural electrification and substation projects.<\/p>\n<p>POWERGEN Nigeria is recruiting to fill the position of<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Customer Care<\/p>\n<p>Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Lagos<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Identify and Source Business opportunity effectively and efficiently, whilst maintaining the acceptable client support standards<\/li>\n<li>Follow through on Client queries on specific jobs ensuring prompt resolution and feedback<\/li>\n<li>Escalate and route Client\/customer issues to the relevant process departments<\/li>\n<li>Perform necessary system transactions related to your Clients request (on specific Jobs)<\/li>\n<li>Use organization and time management tools to track client complaints and meet turn-around-times and other required metrics.<\/li>\n<li>Inter-phase with the sales and Technical departments to proffer Productive business solutions.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure invoices are raised and forwarded to the clients and notify all relevant units.<\/li>\n<li>Follow up with customers on all outstanding checks<\/li>\n<li>Seek new customers for company products and services.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure existing customers maintain or increase their purchase of product or services.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain quality and professional relationship between the company and its existing &amp; future customers.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for updating company CRM tools and checking web mails and provide actions accordingly.<\/li>\n<li>Compilation, interpretation &amp; filing of customers correspondence and other related Documents.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Application Closing Date<\/strong><br \/>\n28th November, 2013<\/p>\n<p><strong>How to Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV&#8217;s to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:hr@powergenltd.com\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>hr@powergenltd.com<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>POWERGEN\u00a0is one of the established organisations in the packaged power sector of the economy.
