Adexen is recruiting for one of its clients \u2013 a leading Oil & Gas Company,they are looking for a\u00a0Nigerian<\/strong> Content Coordinator and Business Development Manager<\/strong>. (Oil and Gas)<\/strong><\/p>\n

JOB DESCRIPTION<\/p>\n

\u00b7 To manage the relationship on a global basis, between Company and Clients and all actors of the market present in country. To get the full knowledge of the local market and business environment.<\/p>\n

\u00b7 To coordinate on a daily basis the activities of the Oil and Gas Industry, especially with:<\/p>\n

1.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 NAPIMS, DPR, NCD, NIPEX, NNPC or any new Governmental Body to be created
\n2.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 International Oil Companies (IOC) in Nigeria
\n3.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 And potentially with major National Oil Companies (NOC) in Nigeria<\/p>\n

\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 To provide support in collecting information related to the Industry that would benefit Company organization and clients<\/p>\n

The position is based in Lagos.<\/p>\n

RESPONSIBILITIES<\/p>\n

\u00b7\u00a0 Build relationship with key personnel in all the above mentioned entities
\n\u00b7\u00a0 Follow up on a daily basis required project or tendering information
\n\u00b7\u00a0 Write and analyze reports on projects or activities of the IOC\/NOC\u2026 or the Industry
\n\u00b7\u00a0 Issue a monthly Sales and Marketing report of the Industry to our clients
\n\u00b7\u00a0 Understanding the IOC\/NOC and our clients, their business, their strategy and their needs
\n\u00b7\u00a0 Clear understanding of the organization protocol for the companies
\n\u00b7\u00a0 Communicating and co-coordinating with Company MD
\n\u00b7\u00a0 Obtaining and updating Organization charts and any other documents that Company require or provide to its clients. Identifying key decision makers
\n\u00b7\u00a0 Writing feasibility on the key projects, market analysis and client
\n\u00b7\u00a0 Provide documents to support business plan
\n\u00b7\u00a0 Be able to produce a capture plan after a project is prequalified
\n\u00b7\u00a0 Obtaining and updating and reporting competitors strengths and weaknesses
\n\u00b7\u00a0 Follow up regularly on pre-qualification adverts
\n\u00b7\u00a0 Be able to understand prequalification requirements
\n\u00b7\u00a0 Be able to liaise with Clients in preparing prequalification\/technical\/commercial packages
\n\u00b7\u00a0 Identify areas of improvement in the way we pursue our business
\n\u00b7\u00a0 Identify potential new clients or areas of opportunity through Company Clients strengths and Competitors weaknesses.
\n\u00b7\u00a0 Clear understanding of organizational protocol for all companies and Governmental and Non Governmental Bodies having direct and indirect influence on the implementation of Company Clients strategy.<\/p>\n

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE<\/p>\n

\u00b7\u00a0 Minimum of 5 years experience in the Oil and Gas sector
\n\u00b7\u00a0 Good skills with the computer, especially with Visio, power point, excel etc.
\n\u00b7\u00a0 Team Player
\n\u00b7\u00a0 Familiar with Nigeria business
\n\u00b7\u00a0 Strategic thinker
\n\u00b7\u00a0 Fluency in English is must
\n\u00b7\u00a0 Excellent in problem solving, analytical skills
\n\u00b7\u00a0 Ability to work in multicultural environment and under pressure<\/p>\n
