We live our mission to save lives and improve the health of the world\u2019s poorest and most vulnerable people by closing the gap between knowledge and action in public health.<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the following position:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Intern<\/p>\n<p>Grade:<\/strong>\u00a0Intern<br \/>\n<strong>Job ID:\u00a0<\/strong>13-7244<br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Abuja<br \/>\n<strong>Project\/Program:<\/strong>\u00a0Nigeria\/CUBS<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Intern will provide the following support to the Program Staff in the CUBS project:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support the capacity building in service delivery<\/li>\n<li>Support in collation, analysis and reporting key successes of the states<\/li>\n<li>Assist in training material review and collation.<\/li>\n<li>Maintaining \/updating all office files (Hard &amp; electronic), including chronological correspondence, operational and program activities in a well-organized and easy-to-retrieve manner<\/li>\n<li>Provide full administrative support in managing schedule, organizing meetings and workshop<\/li>\n<li>Take minutes of internal and external meetings and share timely with staff<\/li>\n<li>Identify and collate necessary data that will support development of success stories and other publications.<\/li>\n<li>Participates in the development CUBS IEC Materials(Flipchart and Posters)<\/li>\n<li>Assist with responding to the requests of the state teams where necessary.<\/li>\n<li>Perform other duties as assigned.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Basic degree in any field with relevant experience.<\/li>\n<li>S\/he will have office and organizational skills with competence to set priorities and multi-task in a time-sensitive environment.<\/li>\n<li>The candidate must be highly creative, witty and able to undertake complex tasks and must be willing to learn and adapt quickly.
