The Bank has met and exceeded all capital and capital adequacy requirements of the CBN and assumed the deposit liabilities, certain other liabilities and assets of former Bank PHB Plc, following the revocation of the erstwhile bank&#8217;s operating License by the CBN.<\/p>\n<p>Keystone Bank is recruiting for the position of:<br \/>\n<strong><br \/>\nJob Title: Relationship Officer\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Specialization Banking \/ Finance \/ Insurance<br \/>\nJob Level: Experienced Hire<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><br \/>\nTo build and cultivate relationships with potential\/existing customers and translate those relationships into profitable business for the Bank<strong><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Duties And Responsibilities:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Act on behalf of and perform other tasks as assigned by the Branch Manager<\/li>\n<li>Analyze and screen applications for credit based on the Bank\u2019s credit risk procedures<\/li>\n<li>Assist customers in the account opening process<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to the formulation and implementation of strategies necessary to acquire and sustain accounts in the commercial sector of the market<\/li>\n<li>Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints and issues<\/li>\n<li>Identify customer needs\/buyer values and proactively seek to provide products\/ services to meet the identified needs<\/li>\n<li>Initiate and carry out recovery action on non-performing credit facilities on assigned accounts<\/li>\n<li>Maintain a comprehensive database of existing relationships\/prospects<\/li>\n<li>Manage assigned credit portfolio and monitor the quality of existing credit relationships on a continuous basis<\/li>\n<li>Participate in regional and other team meetings<\/li>\n<li>Prepare monthly activity and performance reports for Regional Manager\u2019s attention<\/li>\n<li>Regularly contact customers via telephone calls and physical marketing visits to obtain feedback on service quality and customer satisfaction levels<\/li>\n<li>Review applications for credit facility (in line with the Bank\u2019s policy) and make appropriate recommendations\/decisions<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><br \/>\nKey Performance Indicators:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>% of loan recovery<\/li>\n<li>% of retained customers<\/li>\n<li>CASA, Tenored, PBT achievement against Target<\/li>\n<li>Customer satisfaction index<\/li>\n<li>Dormant\/Inactive account ratio<\/li>\n<li>Loan loss Provision\/Total Loans and Advances<\/li>\n<li>Number of Performing\/Non-performing Loans and Advances<\/li>\n<li>Quality of credit portfolio maintained<\/li>\n<li>Quality of customer base<\/li>\n<li>Revenue\/customer growth rate<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><br \/>\nMinimum Education Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>First Degree from a reputable University<\/li>\n<li>Required Banking Experience: 3 &#8211; 5 years<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Post Graduate Qualifications:<\/strong><br \/>\nA relevant post graduate qualification or higher degree (e.g. MBA) would be an added advantage<br \/>\n<strong><br \/>\nProfessional Qualifications:<\/strong><br \/>\nMembership of a relevant professional management body would be an added advantage<br \/>\n<strong><br \/>\nSkills And Competencies:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Knowledge of basic products and services in the Financial Services Industry<\/li>\n<li>Possession of basic listening skills to understand customer requests<\/li>\n<li>Ability to provide prompt, accurate and complete resolution to general<\/li>\n<li>Requests and directs technical queries to the most appropriate solution provider<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills<\/li>\n<li>Interpersonal and communication Skills<\/li>\n<li>Computer Appreciation<\/li>\n<li>Customer service
