The Bank has met and exceeded all capital and capital adequacy requirements of the CBN and assumed the deposit liabilities, certain other liabilities and assets of former Bank PHB Plc, following the revocation of the erstwhile bank&#8217;s operating License by the CBN.<\/p>\n<p>Keystone Bank is recruiting for the position of:<br \/>\n<strong><br \/>\nJob Title: Team Member, Solutions Delivery<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Location: Delta<br \/>\nSpecialization: Information Technology<br \/>\nJob Level: Experienced Hire<br \/>\n<strong><br \/>\nJob Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure proper understanding of documented Systems Analysis\/Design<\/li>\n<li>Ensure Systems Analysis\/Design (Solutions Architecture, Design and Algorithms) is carried out before Coding Ensure adequate internal testing of developed solutions<\/li>\n<li>Ensure delivery of all solutions are timely and according to defined standards and specifications<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><br \/>\nDuties And Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Participate in Solutions Delivery projects.<\/li>\n<li>Converts, using pre-defined standards, user or Functional requirements into Solution Architecture, Design and Algorithms that will be used to develop program codes<\/li>\n<li>Participate in reviewing development documents<\/li>\n<li>Participate in developing Test Plan for User Acceptance Test (UAT)<\/li>\n<li>Perform Research and Development on Software<\/li>\n<li>Perform backup of application source codes<\/li>\n<li>Assist in Managing object libraries and configuration<\/li>\n<li>Participate in reviewing and re-developing current solutions<\/li>\n<li>Produce project deliverables or products using defined project standards.<\/li>\n<li>Provide input for User Manual, Process Manual, and Technical Documentation of Job areas<\/li>\n<li>Develop programs to integrate Software components<\/li>\n<li>Be involved in change management sign off for all successful products<\/li>\n<li>Participate in solutions Architecture, Design, and Algorithms development and documentation<\/li>\n<li>Bridge the gap between architecture and the realization of program codes<\/li>\n<li>Provide checkpoint reports as agreed in the Job card.<\/li>\n<li>Develop Technical\/User manuals<\/li>\n<li>Participate in training users on developed\/new applications<\/li>\n<li>Ensure optimal translation of Algorithms and Design into program codes<\/li>\n<li>Ensure the right and most effective program structure is used for development<\/li>\n<li>Serve as backup for other staff in Solutions Delivery<\/li>\n<li>Perform other related duties as assigned by Unit Head, the Head, Channels &amp; Automation and the DH, ITD<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><br \/>\nKey Performance Indicators:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Quality and timeliness of responsiveness to problems, Operational Efficiency\/ Business Support must be up to 90% Adherence to SLA<\/li>\n<li>Level of understanding, adherence to, and implementation of Project Charter<\/li>\n<li>Proper documentation of Solutions Delivery components (Process Flows, Functional Analysis, Systems Analysis\/Design, Program Codes, etc.) in-line with laid down Development Standards and SOPs<\/li>\n<li>The number of various integrated\/automated processes signed off, least one process a month<\/li>\n<li>Proper documentation of technology components (application, infrastructure, etc.) in-line with laid down SOPs<\/li>\n<li>Number of electronic product that meet user requirements\/take-on and profitability projections must not be less than 80% Score<\/li>\n<li>Number of Projects\/Ad-hoc tasks successfully implemented during the period<\/li>\n<li>Level of compliance to Quality Standards based on audit ratings, not less than 80% Audit Score<\/li>\n<li>Level of strategic impact of Channels and Automation on the bank based on stakeholders\u2019 ratings<\/li>\n<li>Compliance with change management and SDLC procedures based on audit reviews<\/li>\n<li>Internal customers satisfaction through surveys must not be less than 80% Score<\/li>\n<li>Ability to meet set targets on projects, ad-hoc tasks, and support tasks (Time management)<\/li>\n<li>Team spirit and Attitude to work<\/li>\n<li>Reduction of OPEX for Ops &amp; Tech controllable resources by 5% in every Financial year<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><br \/>\nMinimum Education Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>University Degree in Applied\u00a0 Numerate Science or Business Studies including Advanced Degree or Professional Qualifications<\/li>\n<li>B.Sc. in Computer Science\/Engineering<\/li>\n<li>Required Experience: 3 &#8211; 5 years<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><br \/>\nPost Graduate Qualifications:<\/strong><br \/>\nAny Programming Related Qualification<br \/>\n<strong><br \/>\nProfessional Qualifications:<\/strong><br \/>\nAny Programming Related Qualification<br \/>\n<strong><br \/>\nSkills And Competencies:<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong><br \/>\nRequired knowledge, skills and abilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Thorough understanding of the software development life cycle<\/li>\n<li>Strong skills in Solution Architecture, Design and Algorithms<\/li>\n<li>High level of Software Development Skills in one or more of the following Development platforms \u2013 Microsoft Visual Basic.Net, JAVA, C\/C++, Cold Fusion<\/li>\n<li>Good knowledge of Banking application<\/li>\n<li>Strong skills in Oracle PL\/SQL, SQL Server T-SQL, My-SQL.<\/li>\n<li>Foundation skills in Oracle Database Administration, Linux\u00a0 OS<\/li>\n<li>Working knowledge of client server architecture environment<\/li>\n<li>Basic knowledge of Hardware and Network<\/li>\n<li>Good customer focus and understanding of the concept of Solutions Delivery and how it relates to business<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Generic Skills<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Good communication skills (written and oral)<\/li>\n<li>Good Team Player<\/li>\n<li>Strong Analytical and Problem solving skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Other Required Skills<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ability to execute projects successfully<\/li>\n<li>Basic facilitation &amp;
