Focus is on ensuring efficient management of resources, personnel development as well as improving\u00a0LAPO\u2019s capacity to provide further training to other microfinance institutions.<\/p>\n<p>We are firmly committed to providing equal employment opportunities. All advertised positions shall be on the website until they are filled.<\/p>\n<p>One of the main components of the project is the Management\u00a0<strong>Trainee Programme<\/strong>. following areas of LAPO\u2019s operations.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Positions and Job Summary<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.lapo-nigeria.org\/lapomfb\/Finance%20%28Ref%3A%20LMGTF01%29\">Finance (Ref: LMGTF01)<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>Supervise and coordinate the activities of regional and branch accountants<\/li>\n<li>Support the Chief Finance Officer in developing a robust financial strategy for the bank<\/li>\n<li>Supervise the preparation of the bank\u2019s annual budget<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol>\n<li value=\"2\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.lapo-nigeria.org\/lapomfb\/Human%20Resources%20Management\/%20Management%20Development%20%28Ref%3A%20LMGTHR02%29\">Human Resource \/ Management Development (Ref: LMGTHR02)<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>Plan, direct, and coordinate human resource management activities of LAPO to maximize the strategic use of human resources and maintain functions such as employee compensation, recruitment, personnel policies, and regulatory compliance.<\/li>\n<li>To identify all training needs of the bank and compile a list of all training programmes for management decision<\/li>\n<li>To develop and manage a sustainable management development scheme for LAPO<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol>\n<li value=\"3\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.lapo-nigeria.org\/lapomfb\/Rural%20Financing%20%28Ref%3A%20LMGTRF03%29\">Rural Financing (Ref: LMGTRF03)<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>Conduct market research to determine and understand the needs of small, medium and large holder farmers which the bank seeks to serve.<\/li>\n<li>Determine or device loan and credit products that would appropriately meet their needs<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that the policies and procedures of granting agricultural loans are effectively communicated to all branches<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol>\n<li value=\"4\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.lapo-nigeria.org\/lapomfb\/Savings%20Mobilization%20%28Ref%3A%20LMGTS04%29\">Savings Mobilization (Ref: LMGTS04)<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>Monitor savings mobilization and savings portfolio performances across branches and regions in relation to budget<\/li>\n<li>Review branch reports with a view to ascertaining how well they are meeting up with client recruitment requirements<\/li>\n<li>Work with Client Relations Unit to address complaints associated with issues around savings and taking necessary steps to minimizing such complaints<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol>\n<li value=\"5\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.lapo-nigeria.org\/lapomfb\/Client%20Relations%20and%20Marketing%20%28Ref%3A%20LMGTCR05%29\">Client Relations and Marketing (Ref: LMGTCR05)<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop customer service strategy, policies and procedures for the bank<\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with the bank\u2019s policies and procedures in sourcing for clients and formation of unions<\/li>\n<li>Visit branches, unions and council meetings to identify or confirm client needs and obtain feedback on level of satisfaction with existing products and services<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol>\n<li value=\"6\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.lapo-nigeria.org\/lapomfb\/Operations%20Coordination%20%28Ref%3A%20LMGTC06%29\">Operations Coordinator (Ref: LMGTC06)<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and manage the implementation of marketing strategies, plans and projects for new and existing products to meet customer needs<\/li>\n<li>Ensure the creation of new businesses and customers for the company\u2019s products and services<\/li>\n<li>Oversee the maintenance of viable relationship with existing customers to satisfy their needs and keep them delighted, retained and committed<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol>\n<li value=\"7\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.lapo-nigeria.org\/lapomfb\/Business%20Development%20%28Ref%3A%20LMGTBD07%29\">Business Development LMGTRM09)<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop appropriate operational risk strategy and framework for the bank<\/li>\n<li>Monitor Portfolio-At-Risk across branches and regions<\/li>\n<li>Review Area allocation of materials to staff and recording of materials allocated to departments.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol>\n<li value=\"11\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.lapo-nigeria.org\/lapomfb\/Communication%20Officer%20%28Ref%3A%20LMGTCO11%29\">Communication (Ref: LMGTCO11)<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>Work collaboratively with a diverse staff team to create and manage cross-organizational, integrated marketing strategies.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate communications projects with clients and contractors for the development and production of educational event, promotional materials, web site production and other collaterals.<\/li>\n<li>Provide writing and editing support for all out-bound communications including all promotional materials, website content, newsletters and the Bank&#8217;s annual reports.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>General Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The ideal candidate must possess either a B.Sc or HND from a reputable institution<\/li>\n<li>Candidates are required to be between the ages 25 to 30 years old as at the date of application<\/li>\n<li>Maximum of 3 years work experience.
