Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n

Responsible for creating and engaging all Contacts & Prospects through multiple media channels; SMS, E-mails, Facebook, Twitter etc.<\/li>\n
Customer engagement.<\/li>\n
Customer relationship management.<\/li>\n
Sharing information on products & services on line and off-line.<\/li>\n
Communicating company activities through multimedia channels.<\/li>\n
Passing on useful information & hints to the sales team.<\/li>\n
Other responsibilities can be assigned by management from time to time<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n
\n
Must have first Degree in Mass Communication\/English or any other related discipline.<\/li>\n
Minimum of Second Class upper (2:1).<\/li>\n
Fresh Graduate with one or two year’s experience.<\/li>\n
Excellent communication skills (Written & Spoken).<\/li>\n
Must be a vibrant social media personality with a strong network of followers on his\/ her personal profiles on Facebook, Twitter and national and local social media sites.<\/li>\n
