MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB<\/strong><\/p>\n To achieve the Organization’s objective of gaming process improvement\u00a0through periodic industry analysis, operators\u2019 process monitoring,\u00a0research and development, among others.<\/p>\n KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:<\/strong><\/p>\n Monitor, observe, verify and supervise operators\u2019 draws to ensure\u00a0compliance with terms\u00a0and conditions of the games<\/p>\n Responsible for training gaming operations and other staff on gaming\u00a0processes and\u00a0procedures, providing them with the appropriate technical knowledge\u00a0required to\u00a0perform their responsibilities.<\/p>\n Providing activities\/business development initiatives for the regulatory\u00a0authority<\/p>\n Responsible for the day to day coordination\/running of a branded game<\/p>\n Responsible for building and maintaining rapport with operators Responsible for providing professional guidance and global industry\u00a0updates on gaming and\u00a0all relevant issues to the regulatory authority<\/p>\n Exhibits sound, decision-making qualities; motivates personnel; exhibits\u00a0effective supervisory skills.<\/p>\n
