&#8220;roll up sleeves&#8221; with can-do attitude.<\/span><br style=\"color: #000033;\" \/><strong style=\"color: #000033;\"><br \/>\nJob Title: Inventory Supervisor<\/p>\n<p>Location:<\/strong><span style=\"color: #000033;\">\u00a0Kaduna<\/span><br style=\"color: #000033;\" \/><strong style=\"color: #000033;\"><br \/>\nResponsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"color: #000033;\">\n<li>Manage the inventory of multiple warehouses<\/li>\n<li>Perform on-site audits and train personnel on proper practices and procedures<\/li>\n<li>Monitor, report and review warehouse inventory adjustments and changes<\/li>\n<li>Prepare monthly reports on warehouse inventory<\/li>\n<li>Oversee routine warehouse maintenance procedures<\/li>\n<li>Manage, coordinate and lead fulfillment orders from warehouse to client site<\/li>\n<li>Lead all internal communication regarding warehouse inventory and order fulfilments<\/li>\n<li>Assist in generating inventory plans and budget inputs<\/li>\n<li>Recommend process, policy and procedure changes to Managing Director<\/li>\n<li>Work with organization\u2019s internal audit team to resolve quality control issues<\/li>\n<li>Design and implement systems to efficiently manage labour and equipment<\/li>\n<li>Comply with all safety requirements<\/li>\n<li>Perform other duties as required or assigned<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong style=\"color: #000033;\">Qualifications and Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"color: #000033;\">\n<li>Minimum of a degree in a relevant discipline<\/li>\n<li>2-5 years warehousing\/inventory management experience<\/li>\n<li>Must have the ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision<\/li>\n<li>Experience in warehouse management with the ability to manage assets, equipment, and labour<\/li>\n<li>Ability to budget, program, manage, schedule<\/li>\n<li>Must have strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to prepare written reports<\/li>\n<li>Must be detailed and results oriented<\/li>\n<li>Must possess strong initiative and negotiation skills<\/li>\n<li>Must have the ability to adapt to new
