Cafes)<br \/>\nLocation:\u00a0Lagos<br \/>\nObjectives<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Implements the sales and marketing plan for the Hotel\/Restaurant\/Caf\u00e9 (HORECA) channel to ensure sales targets are achieved or exceeded for the team.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Sales and development of the company brands in the HORECA sector in Lagos<\/li>\n<li>Daily interface with HORECA trade customers, brand development activity which includes design and implementation<\/li>\n<li>Identifying and establishing contact with potential customers proactively.<\/li>\n<li>Responding to sales inquiries from new and existing customers.<\/li>\n<li>Maintaining the company&#8217;s contact database management with up-to-date contact, accurate and activity details.<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring effective internal communication within the Sales, Marketing team.<\/li>\n<li>Keeping a tight control on receivables and control credit limit with customers.<\/li>\n<li>Implement coverage and frequency plan for HORECA Channel, as agreed with line Manager and achieve the targeted trade coverage, call frequency and outlet call plan in the territory\/ Channel<\/li>\n<li>Achieve excellent visibility of our brands through the placement, management and recording of merchandising materials in line with specific agreed objectives \/ outlets<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications and Key Competencies<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>B.Sc.\/HND Marketing or any related discipline with 2-4 years relevant Sales &amp; Marketing experience handling Food Service accounts specific to HORECA customers in the Lagos region ideally with international FMCG\/food background with an emphasis on hotels, restaurants, catering businesses, and fast food chains<\/li>\n<li>Excellent network of existing HORECA contacts and trade relationships.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent problem solving and organization skills<\/li>\n<li>Self-motivated and flexible to work with negligible supervision.<\/li>\n<li>Should have negotiation skills to deal with different kinds of customers.<\/li>\n<li>An established customer base and with an excellent rapport with key accounts.<\/li>\n<li>Creative, action oriented person, reliable self-starter with the ability to work and deliver measurable result with little supervision<\/li>\n<li>Must possess a valid driver&#8217;s license<\/li>\n<li>Exposure to Hotels , restaurants &amp; catering knowledge with comprehensive awareness of Local Lagos Market.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Job Title: Key Account Manager &#8211; Bread &amp; Pastries<br \/>\nLocation:\u00a0Lagos<br \/>\nObjectives<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Implements the sales and marketing plan for the corporate channels to ensure sales targets are achieved or exceeded for the team.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Sales and development of bread and snacks in the corporate institution sector in Lagos<\/li>\n<li>Daily interface with corporate customers, brand development activity which includes design and implementation<\/li>\n<li>Identifying key accounts and set up new channel in close coordination with National Commercial Manager.<\/li>\n<li>Forecasting sales per channel product and product group.<\/li>\n<li>Provide sales and distribution expertise to channels and merchandisers including selling method and techniques.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure maximum shelf presence and phasing within available outlets.<\/li>\n<li>Updating National Commercial Manager on new products and customer needs, merchandising requirements and promotional strategies including competitors\u2019 activities and other industry trends.<\/li>\n<li>Gather data on marketing trends competitive products and pricing.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications and Key Competencies<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>B.Sc. \/HND Marketing or any related discipline with 2-4 years relevant Sales &amp;
