JOB SUMMARY
\nSupport the Network Finance Manager to ensure agreed targets and financial benefits are optimised, costs are managed within agreed envelopes and guidance is provided to the Technical Department on finance issues
\nSupport the improvement of the Network Finance\u00a0processes<\/span><\/p>\n

Principal Functions
\nLiaise, support and assist the technical business area on all aspects of financial and operational matters
\nProvide support for monitoring and controlling the financial performance of the technical business area via monthly reporting and budgeting\/forecasting processes to provide insight into business performance
\nSupport the preparation of techno-economics and\u00a0accounting\u00a0<\/span>analysis\/reports as required by the business including:
\nProduct Profitability analysis;
\nCost-benefit analysis
\nVariance Analysis
\nGeo analysis relevant to financial modelling
\nOther accounting analysis as required by the business
\nEnsure Oracle reporting data quality and compliance with accounting standards and guidelines
\nProvide input into the production of business cases and investment appraisals that could have a material impact on the performance of the business
\nLiaise with business teams to gather required data for post implementation review of local business initiatives and business cases
\nFollow up on actions from the technical business area\u2019s monthly financial reviews.
\nBuild strong and influential relationships with the technical business area to promote seamless working relationships with the rest of the Finance community.
\nAttend operational meetings to represent Finance within the assigned business team
\nWork with the Finance Support Manager to implement financial governance within technical team
\nAssist the Finance Support Manager on other ad hoc projects
\nPerform any other duties as assigned by the Manager, Finance Support<\/p>\n

Educational Requirements
\nFirst Degree in a relevant discipline from a recognised university
\nMembership of\u00a0Professional<\/span>\u00a0association<\/span>\u00a0(CIMA, CFA, ACCA, ICAN, etc)<\/p>\n

\nThree (3) to Five (5) years relevant work experience.

JOB SUMMARY
\nTo perform the daily procurement activities in an efficient way to guarantee getting the quality materials\/services in a proper time with a competitive prices.<\/p>\n

Principal Functions
\nReceive the end users purchase requests through the category manager
\nCheck the requests to make sure it contains all required details; drawings, specifications, short list bidders, etc.
\nPrepare the RFX document
\nCheck if the short list bidders are registered in Etisalat
\nFloat the RFX
\nCommunicate the clarifications requests between the end user and the vendor
\nReceive the offers from the vendors
\nCommunicate with the stakeholders to form a bid committee (when it is applicable)
\nDocuments the received bids
\nParticipate in bids evaluation process
\nInvite the vendors for negotiations
\nParticipate in negotiations sessions together with the category manager
\nPrepare the bids evaluation report and get the signature of the bid committee
\nGet the CEO approval on the bid evaluation report after getting the approval of procurement director
\nUpload the final offer in the ERP
\nPrepare the\u00a0quotations<\/span>\u00a0summary sheet and send it to end user department for evaluation (if amount of purchases below N45M)
\nGet the procurement director signature on the summary sheet
\nUpload the final prices into the ERP
\nFollow up with budget and the end user to make sure that the PR is finally approved
\nFollow with the procurement QA to print the PO
\nInitiate the PO and get the initial of category manager and approval of Procurement director
\nAnswer the pre audit\u00a0questions<\/span>\u00a0(if any)
\nFollow with the procurement QA to make sure that the PO was sent to the vendors
\nFollow with the vendors for delivery
\nFollow with end user if there is any complaints
\nMonitor the exact delivery time to\u00a0calculate<\/span>\u00a0and report the penalties (if it is applicable) to finance department
\nFollow with the end user and legal to finalize the contracts (if applicable)
\nPrepare the flash and savings report
\nPrepare any reports requested by the category manager or Procurement Director<\/p>\n

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
\nFirst degree (BA, BSc) in Business, Engineering, finance or related field from a recognised university<\/p>\n

SPE\u2026T \u2013 WHOLESALE AND CARRIER BUSINESS SETTLEMENT AND COLLECTION<\/p>\n

JOB SUMMARY
\nCoordinate and manage the telarix billing system, SLAs and contract agreements on traffic exchange with existing and potential partners. Manage wholesale partners, invoicing, payment and collection.<\/p>\n

Principal Functions
\nMonitor and ensure prompt and accurate update of billing rates on Telarix \u2013 iXTools interconnect platform.
\nUpdate the price list received from each carrier and ensure routing changes are made based on Direct and Least Cost Routing.
\nAnalyse event detail records (EDRS) and resolve any dispute that may arise on all presented invoices using Audit Command Language (ACL)
\nLiaise with finance and wholesale and carrier relation to ensure partner invoices are paid as at when due.
\nSet up new interconnect partners on Telarix platform and ensure strict compliance with billing and invoicing clauses as provided in the contracts.
\nPrepare weekly partner statement of accounts, update subsidiary books in the Carrier business folder with invoices and other source data for referencing in any recurring issue or dispute settlement.
\nTreat all EDRS sitting in Telarix \u2013 iXConnect error bucket and ensure they are completely resolved before processing interconnect invoices.
\nGenerate<\/span>\u00a0all partner invoices on the Telarix \u2013 iXTools, receive interconnect partner invoices and ensure wholesale clients and interconnect partners are billed accurately and promptly
\nExtract and analyse daily, weekly and monthly interconnect traffic data and generate EDRS reports for interconnect partners based on request.
\nLiaise with\u00a0prospective<\/span>\u00a0interconnect partners to resolve all interconnect issues
\nCoordinate and review partner draft agreements with Legal and other stakeholders
\nProvide routing instruction via the interconnect platform to network operations team.
\nIdentify and escalate billing system\u2019s inadequacies and offering solutions.
\nNegotiate bilateral agreements with potential international carrier\/operator
\nReconcile monthly partners\u2019 statement of account
\nProvide least cost routing (LCR) reports for\u00a0international destinations<\/span>.
\nInterpret<\/span>\u00a0interconnect traffic pattern and escalate unusual traffic trends
\nPerform other duties as assign by the Manager, Carrier Relations.<\/p>\n

ENGINEER \u2013 FIELD OPERATIONS<\/p>\n

JOB SUMMARY
\nProvide support on all operational TXM equipment and facilitate PAT of new integrated BSS & TXM\/ADM network element. Also, facilitate 99.9% Network Access availability.<\/p>\n

Principal Functions
\nPerform operation and maintenance of Access, Transmission and Power element to achieve network availability.
\nAssist the Manager, Access Support in the implementation of an effective framework for the operation and maintenance of the BSS
\nSupervise change requests implementation, faults escalation, resolution and ensure TTs are accurately closed within MTTR by NOC.
\nParticipate in acceptance of new BSS site, MW, ADMs and Power plant according to scope and BOQ.
\nEnsure execution of routine and corrective maintenance scheduled for all active and passive elements on site.
\nEnsure effective supervision of vendor\/sub-con performance and other related activities (telecommunication equipment monitoring )
\nEnsure effective diesel delivery and consumption within assigned cluster
\nPerform cross functional support based on business demand
\nFacilitate resolution of community related issues
\nGenerate Incidence report for network outages \u2013 weekly\/ monthly report of cluster performance.<\/p>\n

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
\nFirst degree or equivalent in Electrical\/Electronics, Mechanical Engineering or relevant discipline.<\/p>\n

SENIOR ENGINEER \u2013 FIELD OPERATIONS<\/p>\n

JOB SUMMARY
\nResponsibilities includes but not limited to New sites acceptance, Fault escalation follow up & timely resolution, maintain 99% site & TCH availability, Site inspection, Spot checks and Preventive maintenance of both active and passive equipment including Hybrid & Public mains operation and maintenance, fuel delivery and consumption management, DG and A\/C replacement, BTS, TX & power optimization, BSC\/MGW power operation.
\nAlso supervise and ensure that ALL power operations activities of EOT vendors and other partners are in accordance with the agreed scope, SLA and best practice.<\/p>\n

Principal Functions
\nEnsure monthly, Quarterly and annual Preventive maintenance on both Passive and Active equipment on sites timely and escalate to you time manager where necessary
\nTrack and Monitor diesel delivery and consumption to avoid diesel shortage and outage on site
\nStrictly follow up for fault\/TT escalations resolution within the agreed SLA on both Colo and GF sites to avoid KPI degradation and ensure correct TT closure captured the actual cause of failure
\nEnsure deployment of mobile DG & Cell on Wheel where necessary to avoid prolong outage and improve customer satisfaction
\nLiaise with Government regulation department to resolve Environmental, regulatory, states, Local Government and community issues with 24hrs and follow up to permanent solution
\nFollow up for proper execution of approved CR within your cluster and escalate to your line manager when activity is deviated
\nEnsure timely replacement of faulty components on BSS, TX and Power equipment as well weekly link alignment for MW links with deviated RSL
\nEnsure timely replacement of faulty fibre patch cord and splicing on national fibre BB to avoid prolong outage and reduce MTTR
\nOperate and maintain hybrid & public power supply, manage fuel delivery and consumption, supervise and coordinate DG and A\/C replacement, BTS power optimisation, BSC\/MGW power operation.
\nPerform acceptance of new sites, optimisation of power & active infrastructure by ensuring all work packets, services and materials are delivered in accordance with contractual agreement, scope and quality.
\nProvide high level support to the regional team on power, BSS & Transmission issues and coordinate resolution.
\nAssess work quality of contractors within your cluster to identify possible shortfalls and instruct correction of same for the realisation of optimal performance.
\nMonitor and control power capacity utilisation and ensure optimal safe limits on generators, rectifiers, UPS, AVR etc. are not exceeded. Timely escalation of any capacity issue and recommendation for optimisation and upgrades is also required where necessary.
\nPrepare and present periodic reports on power availability and timely escalate any serious issue that may negatively impact on network quality and availability.
\nSupervise maintenance of all equipment on site in your cluster as well as activities of EOT vendors and other contractors to ensure quality of service and scope. Also confirm and sign off successfully completed tasks by both parties with JCC.
\nMaintain adequate and up to date inventory of all power infrastructure within purview
\nPerform effective monthly site supervision, spot check, external alarm simulations and cheek mate vendor team activity to enhance Quality of service<\/p>\n

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
\nFirst degree or equivalent in electrical\/electronics, mechanical engineering or relevant discipline.<\/p>\n

EXPERIENCE, SKILLS & COMPETENCIES<\/strong>
\n3 \u2013 5 years relevant experience in Mechanical\/Electrical (Power) systems (Diesel Generators, Rectifiers, UPS, Inverters, PDF\/APD panels, GTS\/ATS\/AMF panels, Gear Switches, HVAC, Public mains supply, power and signal cabling, safety and isolation systems, etc.) within a large telecoms or other related technical organization with extensive industry experience on power operation and maintenance.
