The client seeks to fill the vacant position of:<\/p>\n<p>Job Title: Head, Pension Support Centre<\/p>\n<p>Location:\u00a0Lagos<br \/>\nRef No: HPSC\u00a0\u2013 PFA019<br \/>\nJob Code: MSC56861<\/p>\n<p>Job Description:<br \/>\nThis role is primarily responsible for overseeing the operations of the Support Centre.<br \/>\nThe Job Holder reports to the Director, Pension Service Department and oversees the Pension Support team.<\/p>\n<p>Duties &amp; Responsibilities<br \/>\nOversee the daily operations of the Pensioner Support Centre, ensuring that objectives are achieved.<br \/>\nOversee development and implementation of service quality management policies, practices and processes.<br \/>\nInitiate and promote continuous improvement of Support Centre procedures, processes and standards.<br \/>\nProvide first line support for all pensioner queries.<br \/>\nEnsure a proactive and focused approach, providing a responsive, sensitive and professional service experience to pensioners.<br \/>\nMonitor Support Centre personnel including effective resolution of queries while encouraging strong performance culture.<br \/>\nProvide feedback to the rest of the Department on emerging and anticipated pensioner issues.<\/p>\n<p>Job Requirements<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A Bachelor\u2019s degree in psychology, Social Science or any related discipline.<\/li>\n<li>Relevant professional qualification will be an added advantage<\/li>\n<li>A minimum of 12 years work experience in which at least 2years should have been in a management position.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Key Competency Requirements:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ability to make business decisions to drive performance and quality<\/li>\n<li>A good knowledge of the rules, regulations and laws governing pension administration in the public sector.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong style=\"color: #000033;\">Application Closing Date<\/strong><br style=\"color: #000033;\" \/><span style=\"color: #000033;\">Extended\u00a0 to 17th October, 2014.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Method of Application<br style=\"color: #000033;\" \/><span style=\"color: #000033;\">Qualified and Interested persons should send Applications to:\u00a0<\/span><a style=\"color: #000099;\" href=\"mailto:hr@michaelstevens.com.ng\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>hr@michaelstevens.com.ng<\/strong><\/a><span style=\"color: #000033;\">\u00a0or\u00a0<\/span><a style=\"color: #000099;\" href=\"mailto:msjobz@gmail.com\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>msjobz@gmail.com<\/strong><\/a><span style=\"color: #000033;\">\u00a0stating how their skills, knowledge and experience make them suitable, and addressing the person specifications highlighted above.
