This includes processing service requests and account updates, resolving or escalating complaints, and providing information regarding products, policies, online services, and customer accounts.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Answers incoming calls in a high volume call center environment; communicates directly and builds strong business relationships with Yoruba, Igbo and Hausa speaking customers, as well as internal and external service providers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Provides timely and accurate customer service support such as processing service requests and account updates, resolving or escalating complaints, and providing information regarding products, policies, online services, and customer accounts.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Engages in projects and other activities during low call volume, such as processing or responding to requests submitted by customers online.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Performs other job related duties or special projects as assigned.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Competencies Required:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, SharePoint)\u00b7<\/li>\n<li>Fluent in at least two out of the three major Nigerian Languages (Hausa, Igbo and Yoruba).<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work flexible hours; demonstrate good attendance and punctuality.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent organizational and data entry skills, ability to maintain accuracy and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment.<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrate ability to maintain composure and convey a positive attitude while interacting with customers and internal team members.<\/li>\n<li>Outstanding listening and communications skills, both written and verbal.<\/li>\n<li>Customer service orientation with effective problem solving abilities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Minimum Qualifications<\/p>\n<p><strong>HND\/BSc (Must have completed NYSC)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Age:<\/strong> Not more than 35 years old.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Salary:<\/strong> up to 95,000 naira<\/p>\n<p>To apply, visit: <a href=\"http:\/\/www.csngr.com\">www.csngr.com<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Customer Service Agent\/Call Centre Agent (Bi-Lingual) is responsible for ensuring that the company\u2019s customers who initiate contact with the customer care\/call center unit receives a satisfactory level of service&#8230;..<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":20656,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"om_disable_all_campaigns":false,"jetpack_post_was_ever_published":false,"_jetpack_newsletter_access":"","_jetpack_newsletter_tier_id":0,"footnotes":"","jetpack_publicize_message":"","jetpack_is_tweetstorm":false,"jetpack_publicize_feature_enabled":true,"jetpack_social_post_already_shared":true,"jetpack_social_options":{"image_generator_settings":{"template":"highway","enabled":false}}},"categories":[1641],"tags":[],"jetpack_publicize_connections":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v21.5 -
