{"id":24630,"date":"2014-11-20T07:37:41","date_gmt":"2014-11-20T06:37:41","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistnigeria.com\/?p=24630"},"modified":"2014-11-20T07:37:41","modified_gmt":"2014-11-20T06:37:41","slug":"female-customer-service-sales-needed","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistnigeria.com\/female-customer-service-sales-needed.html","title":{"rendered":"Female Customer Service \/ Sales Needed"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Our Client a leader in consulting in Nigeria is seeking a <strong>Customer Service\/Sales Associates<\/strong> that will establish relationships and engage with accounts to identify, manage and sell the company services.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Customer Service Representative will have responsibilities to execute on a sales strategy, achieve sales targets and generate revenue by closing business.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0Skills Needed:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop sales strategies to ensure achievement of sales targets, by understanding market requirements, company objectives, and solution capabilities.<\/li>\n<li>Utilize a consultative solutions sales approach to identify client needs and present the solution.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and manage a qualified pipeline of targeted opportunities on a continual basis.<\/li>\n<li>Manage assigned accounts by building strong relationships with customers, gaining a thorough understanding of their requirements and long term goals, informing customers of new developments related to our services and solutions, facilitating troubleshooting, and resolution of problems.<\/li>\n<li>Participate in solution demonstrations and presentations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications and Requirements:<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Excellent oral and written communications skills, as well as excellent presentation skills.<\/li>\n<li>Strong work ethic, attitude and follow through ability.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in related field.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in the sale and marketing of Professional Services and Solutions is required.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communicative, presentation and interpersonal skills.\u00a0Makes compelling presentations to a variety of audiences using visual aids, PowerPoint presentations and software demos. Is adept at getting the attention and involvement of the most sophisticated and difficult audiences.<\/li>\n<li>Outstanding telephone sales skills. Exceptional ability to generate leads by prospecting and cold calling will be an integral part of your day in this position.<\/li>\n<li>Close the sale by addressing customer concerns, demonstrating empathy, and consistently moving the customer towards commitment.<\/li>\n<li>Has a successful track record working with sales organizations to achieve and exceed their sales goals. Inspires others with drive and motivation to sell aggressively.<\/li>\n<li>Is a compelling and articulate speaker in a variety of settings. Easily adjust the message to match the audience.<\/li>\n<li>Takes initiative and pursues opportunities. Self-motivated and excellent multi-tasking skills.
