It is designed to be a reference point for other universities on planning, environment, aesthetic structures, furniture, teaching aid and quality education.<\/p>\n<p>Applications are invited by Afe Babalola University, Ado-Ekiti (ABUAD) &#8220;the fastest growing private university in Africa&#8221; for vacant position in the following programmes:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Secretary<\/p>\n<p>Location:<\/strong> Ado-Ekiti, Ekiti State<br \/>\nSlot: 22<br \/>\n<strong><br \/>\nQualification<\/strong><br \/>\nCandidates must possess the following<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Basic Degree or Higher National Diploma in Secretarial Studies.<\/li>\n<li>Adequate professional competence.<\/li>\n<li>Experience of not less than two years.<\/li>\n<li>Versatility in use of Microsoft applications (MSword, Excel, PPT etc)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Salary Package<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Salary and allowances which are personal and negotiable are higher than Federal Government consolidated unitary salary structure.<\/li>\n<li>Salary increment is based on productivity and contribution to the development of the University.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Retirement, pension and other welfare schemes.<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The University operates a contributory Pension Fund as enacted by the Act of the National Assembly. It is mandatory for all staff to take part in the contributory pension scheme.<\/li>\n<li>The University shall pay 7\u00bd percent of the staff monthly basic salary to the pension fund while the staff shall pay 7\u00bd percent towards the fund.<\/li>\n<li>The University has also put in place insurance scheme for all staff.
