{"id":24753,"date":"2015-01-20T07:41:14","date_gmt":"2015-01-20T06:41:14","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistnigeria.com\/?p=24753"},"modified":"2015-01-20T07:41:14","modified_gmt":"2015-01-20T06:41:14","slug":"graduate-finance-administrative-executive-rs-hunter-limited","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistnigeria.com\/graduate-finance-administrative-executive-rs-hunter-limited.html","title":{"rendered":"Graduate Finance and Administrative Executive at RS Hunter Limited"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>At RS Hunter, we believe our clients have the resources, what we do is to galvanise, advice, and partner with our clients to understand the peculiarities of their businesses and then offer the best HR solutions and strategies that work.<\/p>\n<p>RS Hunter Limited is recruiting to fill the position of:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Finance and Administrative Executive<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Department: Finance &amp; Administrative<br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong> Lagos<br \/>\nReports To: Finance &amp; Administrative Manager<\/p>\n<p><strong>Summary<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The Executive is required to support the day to day finance &amp; administrative functions of the company.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><br \/>\nFinance:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Processing daily financial transactions using Peach-tree.<\/li>\n<li>Undertaking &amp; ensuring banks accounts reconciliation.<\/li>\n<li>Produce imprest retirement, outstanding invoices statement &amp; other weekly reports as requested.<\/li>\n<li>Inputting all transactions onto accounting system<\/li>\n<li>Day to day management of office petty cash; production of monthly spread sheets and entering into accounting system<\/li>\n<li>Monthly reconciliation of all bank statements<\/li>\n<li>Ensure office consumables never run out.<\/li>\n<li>Assisting Administrative\/ Finance Manager as necessary; undertaking any other tasks\/duties as may be required.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Administration:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Compiling papers in advance and taking minutes of meetings<\/li>\n<li>Assisting with coordinating general maintenance and repairs of the office building: sourcing contractors, getting quotes for work etc.<\/li>\n<li>Plan and implement office systems, layout and equipment procurement<\/li>\n<li>Maintain and replenish inventory, check stock to determine inventory levels, recording office expenditure and managing the budget; anticipate needed supplies and verify receipt of supply.<\/li>\n<li>Delegating work to casual staff and managing their workload and output<\/li>\n<li>Maintaining records, filing systems and computer files; obtaining information from the computer, Drafting letters and other documents, photocopying documents.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Skills and Specifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools &amp; applications.<\/li>\n<li>Very good knowledge of Peach-tree Accounting<\/li>\n<li>Possess proactive and problem solving skills<\/li>\n<li>Must be a team player<\/li>\n<li>Possess charismatic and organizational skills<\/li>\n<li>Good Communication skill (Verbal and Writing)<\/li>\n<li>Good email writing skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Application Closing Date<\/strong><br \/>\n25th January, 2015.<\/p>\n<p><strong>How to Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV&#8217;s to: <a href=\"mailto:vacancy@rs-hunter.com\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>vacancy@rs-hunter.com<\/strong><\/a> using Job Title as the subject of the mail.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>At RS Hunter, we believe our clients have the resources, what we do is to galvanise, advice, and partner with our clients to understand the peculiarities of their businesses and&#8230;..<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":20656,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"om_disable_all_campaigns":false,"jetpack_post_was_ever_published":false,"_jetpack_newsletter_access":"","_jetpack_newsletter_tier_id":0,"footnotes":"","jetpack_publicize_message":"","jetpack_is_tweetstorm":false,"jetpack_publicize_feature_enabled":true,"jetpack_social_post_already_shared":true,"jetpack_social_options":{"image_generator_settings":{"template":"highway","enabled":false}}},"categories":[32],"tags":[],"jetpack_publicize_connections":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v21.5 -
