MANAGER, STATE PROGRAMME (based in Lagos, Ogun, Akwa Ibom)<\/div>\n

Job Profile:<\/div>\n
The Post is to provide strategic and oversight leadership for the Enhancing Nigeria\u2019s Response to HIV and AIDS (ENR) Programme team at the state level.<\/div>\n
\u2022 The successful candidate will provide strategic and direct technical and mentoring support to the Executive leadership of the state Action Committee on AIDS and wider state response on board organisation development and HIV prevention.<\/div>\n
\u2022 At an operational level, the post holder will lead on ENR programme management at state level planning, budgeting, implementation, reporting, and learning.<\/div>\n
Qualifications\/Experience<\/div>\n
The desired candidate:<\/div>\n
\u2022 Must possess a first degree in any management or social sciences.<\/div>\n
\u2022 A Masters degree preferably in public health, management or related fields is a prerequisite for the post<\/div>\n
\u2022 Most possess a minimum of six (6) years post NYSC experience, 4 years of which should have been in public health programmes in government or a nongovernmental organisation<\/div>\n
\u2022 Most be familiar with DFID, USAID and the international donor community environment<\/div>\n
\u2022 Must understand the institutional architecture of the HIV and AIDS response in Nigeria<\/div>\n
\u2022 Must have impeccable oral and written communication skills<\/div>\n

ASSISTANT MANAGER MEDICAL DETAILING<\/p>\n

Job Profile<\/strong>:<\/p>\n

Reports to the Associate Director-Sales and Distribution or designate.<\/p>\n

\u2022 The successful candidates will be responsible for creating demand for SFH products and achieve sales target.<\/p>\n

\u2022 S\/he will support the programme divisions in improving the quality of service and quality of sales through tanning of providers.<\/p>\n

\u2022 They will also be responsible for achieving quality of coverage by ensuring that service delivery points are well branded.<\/p>\n

Qualifications\/Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n

The desired candidate:<\/p>\n

\u2022 Must have a first degree in Pharmacy
\n\u2022 Must be registered with PCN
\n\u2022 Must possess a minimum of one (1) year post NYSC experience working in a hospital environment or related areas
\n\u2022 Must be a self motivated and target driven individual, with ability to work under pressure<\/p>\n
