\n\u2022\u00a0 To carry out credit procedures, maintain a tight control over all aspects of advance administration<\/span>, with the primaryobjective<\/span> to contain credit risk within acceptable parameters.<\/p>\n
\n\u2022\u00a0 Ensure<\/span> that accounts identified as problematic are placed on the watch list and re-risk graded to reflect their current irregular status.
\n\u2022\u00a0 Ensure that covenants and approval conditions for facilities are recorded, diarised and followed up effectively<\/span>.
\n\u2022\u00a0 Ensure call-over of loading tickets<\/span> used in booking previous day transactions is done and ready<\/span> before 2.00 pm the following day.
\n\u2022\u00a0 Liaise with approved Estate Surveyors and ensure that turnaround time on Property Valuation does not exceed three days.
\n\u2022\u00a0 Ensure reconciliation of the Valuation SRA account is ready by the third working day of a new month
\n\u2022\u00a0 Manage and ensure the proper monitoring and reconciliation of the following GLs:

\no\u00a0 Initial deposit<\/span> account, PB, BB & CIB fee accounts, Early Rebate Penalty and Late Charges account reconciliation

\no\u00a0 Documents Awaiting Suspense reconciliation
\no\u00a0 Extensions Suspense reconciliation
\no\u00a0 Debit Order Suspense reconciliation
\no\u00a0 Maturity Deals Report auctioning
\no\u00a0 Unearned Income account reconciliation
\no\u00a0 Earned Income account reconciliation
\no\u00a0 VAF Book Balance (Segmented & Consolidated) reconciliation

\n\u2022\u00a0 Identify irregular accounts and liaise with respective branches<\/span> to ensure that remedial action is taken to regularize theexposures<\/span> or escalate them to respective evaluation Manager<\/span> or Manager, Credit Risk Management who will escalate them further to higher authority<\/span>
\n\u2022\u00a0 Maintain a diary system to ensure timely follow up and ensure that corrective action is taken and the account rectified as indicated.
\n\u2022\u00a0 Ensure that irregular accounts are downgraded as per policy and facilitate hand over to R & R post 30 days in arrears.
\n\u2022\u00a0 Communicate with branches to ensure regularization of accounts.
\n\u2022\u00a0 Ensure that accounts identified as problematic are placed on the watch list.
\n\u2022 Monthly reporting of accounts to be placed on Watch-list to Team Leader, Credit Risk Management.
\n\u2022\u00a0 Updating Covenant tracker \u2013 Monthly for all accounts.
\n\u2022\u00a0 Any other responsibility assigned by the Team Leader.<\/p>\n
